프로젝트 기반 직업훈련에 대한 참여기업 인식 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 논문의 목적은 K-Digital Training의 대표 훈련모델인 ‘디지털 신기술 아카데미’ 사업을 중심으로 참여기업들의 프로젝트기반 직업훈련에 대한 인식을 파악하여 사업 성과 분석 및 개선 방안을 도출하는데 있다. 방법 2022년에 KDT 사업 참여기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 82개소로부터 응답을 받아 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 2021년 동일 조사 결과치와 비교하여 참여기업의 인식 변화를 분석하였다. 조사의 주요 항목은, 참여동기와 역할, 프로젝트 수업에 대한 만족도, 프로젝트 학습활동 산출물에 대한 인식, 프로젝트 수업 영역별 애로사항과 개선의견 등이었다. 결과 기업들이 가장 적극적으로 참여한 영역은, 프로그램 기획 파트와 프로젝트 지도(멘토링) 활동이었으며, 프로젝트 수업에 대해높은 만족을 나타냈다. 특히, 2021년 조사 결과에서 가장 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 훈련생 역량과 학습 태도에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 상승치가 확인되었다. 참여기업들은 프로젝트 최종 산출물에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하였으며, KDT 사업 중 고도화된 플랫폼을통해 훈련을 제공하는 스마트훈련 사업유형에서 프로젝트 만족도가 높게 나타나 플랫폼을 활용한 프로젝트 활동과 모니터링, 멘토링이 KDT 사업에 효과적이었음을 확인하였다. 또한 참여기업의 애로사항을 분석하여 KDT 운영 관련 개선점을 도출하였다. 결론 금번 연구를 통해 KDT가 도입 취지에 부합하도록 운영되고 있으며 프로젝트 기반 KDT 훈련이 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 디지털 인재 양성을 위한 직업훈련 및 프로젝트 학습에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고 제도 개선의 방향성을제공할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this paper is to identify the motives and roles of participating companies in KDT, analyze the satisfaction level of KDT education programs and project classes, and collect difficulties to suggest development plans for project-based vocational training. Methods For companies that participated in the KDT project in 2022, the motivation and role of participation were investigated, and satisfaction with the project, evaluation of the project's final output, and KDT-related difficulties and opinions for improvement were confirmed. Respondents were received from a total of 82 companies through the survey and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted. The same survey was conducted in 2021, and the responses of the pilot project and the main project were compared and analyzed by t-test. Results As a result of the analysis, companies showed a high participation rate in training planning and project guidance, and satisfaction with general classes and project classes were high, respectively. Statistically significant increases were also confirmed in trainee competency and learning attitude, which showed the lowest level of satisfaction. Enterprise field experts positively evaluated the final output of the project, and the project satisfaction of smart training, where training is conducted through an advanced platform, was high, indicating that project activities, monitoring, and mentoring using the platform are effective for the KDT project. Conclusions Through this study, we were able to confirm that KDT is being operated to meet the purpose of introduction and that project-based KDT training is effective. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical implications for vocational training and project learning for fostering digital talent, and to provide a direction for system improvement.
