영아주도놀이를 지원하는 교사의 성장과정에 대한 질적연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 표준보육과정에 기초한 놀이연구 교사모임을 통해 영아반 교사의 전문성 성장 과정을 질적으로 분석하는데 목적이있다. 방법 이를 위해서 D광역시의 A 어린이집의 영아반 교사 3명과 연구자 1명이 연구모임에 참여하였다. 연구모임의 운영기간은2020년 6월 1일부터 2020년 10월 31일까지 총 5개월이었다. 결과 교사모임이 운영되는 기간동안 주간보육실행기록, 연구모임일지, 교사저널, 참여관찰기록을 수집한 결과 교사들은 영아주도놀이의 인식의 변화가 나타났고 이를 토대로 영아주도놀이를 실천해 나갔다. 결론 표준보육과정에 기초한 놀이연구 교사모임을 통하여 영아반 교사들은 다음과 같이 성장해 나가게 되었다. 첫째, 교사들은 ‘영아에 대한 이해증진’과 ‘영아주도놀이 가치인식’ 으로 영아주도놀이에 대해 이해의 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 교사들은 ‘영아의 경험을놀이로 연결하기’, ‘교사주도권 줄이고 놀이관찰하기’, ‘영아의 선택권과 결정권 인정하기’, ‘교사의 적절한 개입 찾기’를 중심으로영아주도놀이를 실천해 나갔다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to qualitatively analyze the professional growth process of infant class teachers through a group of play research teachers based on the standard childcare process. Methods The participants consisted of three teachers and one researcher in A child care center. This program was conducted for 5 months from June 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020. Results As a result of collecting weekly childcare execution records, research group journals, teacher journals, and participation observation records during the teacher's meeting, teachers changed their perception of infant-led play and practiced infant-led play based on this. Conclusions The teachers through a group of play research teachers based on the standard childcare process have changed as follows. First, teachers changed their understanding of infant-led play by ‘promoting understanding of infants’ and ‘perceiving the value of infant-led play’. Second, teachers practiced infant led play focusing on ‘connecting infant's experience to play’, ‘reducing teacher leadership and observing play’, ‘recognizing infant's right to choose and decide’, ‘finding proper intervention by teachers’.
