국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 특성화 고등학교 학생들의 학년 변화에 따른 진로활동 유형과 진로성숙도와의 영향관계를 분석하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울교육종단연구 2010의 7차년도(2016년: 515명), 8차년도(2017년: 479명), 9차년도(2018년: 462명) 자료를 활용하였다. 또한 독립변수는 진로활동 유형을, 종속변수는 진로성숙도로 설정하였다. 설정한 독립변수와 종속변수를 바탕으로 학년별 기술통계 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 기술통계 결과 특성화 고등학교 학생들의 진로활동 유형에 대한 인식과 진로성숙도는 보통 수준을 유지하고 있었다. 또한 특성화 고등학교 학생들은 진로활동 유형 분석에서 부모와 상담을 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었고 진로성숙도 분석에서 자기이해에 대한수준이 다른 요인에 비해 상대적으로 낮게 나왔다. 다음으로 중다회귀분석 결과 특성화 고등학교 학생들의 진로성숙도는 고등학교1학년 시기는 상담활동과 정보습득 활동 순으로 영향을 받고, 고등학교 2학년 시기는 정보습득 활동과 상담활동 순으로 영향을 받으며, 고등학교 3학년 시기는 참여활동에만 영향을 받고 있었다. 결론 이를 바탕으로 진로활동 내용 및 질적 측면 점검, 부모연수 필요, 자기이해 강화를 위한 방안 고민, 영향관계 분석에 따른 진로교육 단계 적용 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the relationship between career activity types and career maturity according to the grade change of students from Vocational high schools was analyzed. Methods For this purpose, data from the 7th year (2016: 515 persons), 8th year (2017: 479 persons), and 9th year (2018: 462 persons) of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study 2010 were used. In addition, three career activity types were set as independent variables and career maturity was set as dependent variable. Based on the set independent and dependent variables, descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis by grade were conducted. Results As a result of descriptive statistics, the perception of career activity types and career maturity of students from vocational high schools were maintained at a moderate level. In addition, students from vocational high schools were positively aware of counseling with their parents in the analysis of career activity types, and the level of self-understanding was relatively low compared to other factors in the analysis of career maturity. Next, as a result of multiple regression analysis, the career maturity of students in vocational high schools was influenced by counseling activities and information acquisition activities in the order of the first year of high school, in the order of information acquisition activities and counseling activities during the second year of high school, and in the order of information acquisition activities and counseling activities in the third year of high school. The timing was influenced only by the participation activity. Conclusions Based on this, it was suggested to check the contents and qualitative aspects of career activities, the need for parent training, consider ways to strengthen self-understanding, and apply career education stages according to the analysis of influence relationships.
