이주여성의 인정투쟁에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본고의 목적은 대구 경북의 중국계 이주여성들이 자녀들을 위해 자신들의 목소리를 내기 시작하면서인정투쟁을 통해 비로소 한국사회로부터 주체적인 구성원으로 인정받게 되는 과정을 논의하고자 하는것이다. 그 과정은 32명의 심층 인터뷰를 주요 내용으로 구성하였으며 연구결과 32명의 사례자들 가운데 20명이 인정투쟁으로 성공변화 된 것으로 밝혀졌으며 변화의 주된 요인은 자조단체 활동과 모국의위상변화로 확인되었다. 연구방법으로 참여자적 관찰법과 심층 인터뷰법, 문헌연구법을 활용하였다. 현재 중국이 제2 경제 대국으로 부상하게 된 것도 인정투쟁의 성공의 중요 배경요인이 되는 것이 연구결과로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the process in which Chinese migrant women in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-province begin to make voices for their children and are recognized as independent members by Korean society through a struggle for recognition. This study is based on the in-depth interviews on 32 Chinese women immigrants showing that they experienced the recognition struggle. Through the interview, it was known that 20 people were successful in this struggle. The activities of the self-reliance organizations and the changing status of the immigrants’ motherland-China were the two important factors which made it possible. Participatory observation method, in-depth interviews and documentary method were adopted as research method. Research has confirmed that China's current emergence as a second-largest economy is also an important background factor for the success of the struggle for recognition.
