국문 초록

본 연구는 집단미술치료가 중년여성의 우울과 분노에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 사회생활 및 가정생활에서 심리적 우울감이 높고, 자신의 분노를 조절하는데 어려움이 있는 중년여성 6명을 선정하였다. 집단미술치료는 매주 1회 60분씩 20회기 실시하였으며, 이에 따른 효과성검증은 우울진단척도(BDI)와 상태- 특성 분노척도(STAXK-K)로 사전· 사후 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 중년여성의 우울감 변화를 알아보기 위해 우울진단척도(BDI)를 실시한 결과, 우울 점수감소와 심리적 변화에 효과적이였다. 둘째, 중년여성의 분노감에 대한 결과를 상태-특성 분노척도(STAXK-K)로 확인한 결과, 중년여성의 분노가 감소하였으며 안정적임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중년여성의 상황적, 환경적 요인에 의한 병리적인 우울과 분노감의 지속적인 조절을 위해 가족상담을 비롯하여 자아 존중감 및 분노 조절 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of group art therapy on depression and anger in middle-aged women. Six middle-aged women with high psychological depression and difficulty in controlling their anger in social and family life were selected as the subjects of the study. Group art therapy was conducted once a week for 60 minutes 20 times, and the effectiveness verification was pre- and post-analysis with a depression diagnosis scale (BDI) and a state-characteristic anger scale (STAXK-K). Looking at the results of the study, first, as a result of conducting a depression diagnosis scale (BDI) to find out changes in depression in middle-aged women, it was effective in reducing depression scores and psychological changes. Second, as a result of confirming the results of middle-aged women's anger with a state-characteristic anger scale (STAXK-K), it was found that middle-aged women's anger decreased and was stable. Therefore, this study proposes to develop self-esteem and anger control programs, including family counseling, to continuously control pathological depression and anger caused by situational and environmental factors in middle-aged women.
