고등학생의 진로탄력성이 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 진로탄력성이 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해, 수도권 소재 인문계 고등학교에 재학 중인 2학년 학생, 346명을 대상으로 2022년 10월 15일부터 12월 30일까지진로탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 분석으로, 기술통계와 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 변인들 간의 관련성과 영향력을 검증하기 위해 Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석결과, 진로탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 간에는 모두 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로탄력성이 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 특히, 진로탄력성은 진로결정자기효능감의하위요인인 계획수립에, 진로준비행동의 하위요인인 자기이해행동에 가장 커다란 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론 이 연구에서는 고등학생의 진로탄력성이 이들의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미친다는 점을 검증함으로써, 코로나19와 같은 혼란스럽고 예상치 못한 어려운 상황에서, 자신의 진로를 고민하는 우리 고등학생들이 진로결정과 관련된 과업을성공적으로 수행해낼 수 있다는 신념과 확신을 가지고, 이를 실제적이고 구체적인 행동으로 옮기는 과정에서 진로탄력성의 함양이중요한 변인이라는 점을 입증했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of career elasticity of high school students on career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Methods To this end, 346 second-year students attending humanities high schools in the Seoul metropolitan area were tested for career resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior from October 15 to December 30, 2022. Descriptive statistics and reliability analysis were conducted as an analysis of the collected data, and Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to verify the relationship and influence between variables. Results It was found that there was a positive correlation between career elasticity, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. In addition, career elasticity was found to have a positive effect on career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. In particular, career resilience has been found to have the greatest impact on planning, a sub-factor of career decision-making self-efficacy, and self-understanding behavior, a sub-factor of career preparation behavior. Conclusions By verifying that high school students' career resilience affects their career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior, this study demonstrated that career resilience is an important variable in the process of transferring them to practical and specific actions.
