비대면 구조화 집단상담에서 집단원 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

목적 비대면 구조화 집단상담에 참여한 집단원 경험을 확인하여 개선점을 도출하고 향후 비대면 집단상담을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 연구방법으로 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구 참여자는 비대면 구조화 집단상담을 경험한 집단원으로 1973 년 이전 출생자 10명을 모집하여 2022년 10월부터 11월까지 1:1 심층면담을 실시하였다. 면담시간은 최소 69분, 최대 105분진행되었으며 평균 79분이 소요되었다. 결과 분석 결과 주제 4개, 하위 주제 11개, 중심 의미 47개, 의미 단위 198개가 도출되었다. 비대면 구조화 집단상담에 대한 기대는막연한 우려와 호기심, 부담 감소에 대한 기대로 나타났다. 집단활동의 개인화는 활동 도구가 동기와 행동에 주는 영향, 집단원 주체성 강화, 리더의 집단 운영과 통제력 약화로 나타났다. 약화되기 쉬운 집단원 관계는 전이 양상의 변화, 하위집단 감소, 공간 분리에서오는 정서적 거리감으로 나타났으며, 비대면 상담이 미친 영향으로는 리더의 상담 역량 외에 비대면 역량과 특성도 고려하게 됨, 가벼운 부담만큼 줄어든 도전과 성장, 개인 성장의 기회로 삼음으로 나타났다. 결론 비대면 구조화 집단상담에서 집단원 경험을 확인하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of group members who participated in non-face-to-face structured group counseling, to derive improvement points, and to provide basic data for future non-face-to-face group counseling. Methods Giorgi's phenomenological research method was applied as a research method. Participants in the study recruited 10 people born before 1973 as group members who experienced non-face-to-face structured group counseling and conducted 1:1 in-depth interviews from October to November 2022. The interview time was at least 69 minutes and up to 105 minutes, and it took an average of 79 minutes. Results As a result of the analysis, 4 themes, 11 sub-themes, 47 central meanings, and 198 semantic units were derived. Expectations for non-face-to-face structured group counseling appeared as vague concerns, curiosity, and expectations for reduced burden. The individualization of group activities appeared as the effect of activity tools on motivation and behavior, the strengthening of group member identity, and the weakening of group management and control by leaders. Group member relationships that are prone to weakening appear as changes in the transference pattern, decrease in subgroups, and emotional distance from spatial separation. It turned out that it was taken as an opportunity for challenge, growth, and personal growth that was reduced as much as a light burden. Conclusions In non-face-to-face structured group counseling, the experience of group members was confirmed and improvement plans were suggested.
