중국 서예교과 전공 대학생의 학습 자기효능감이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 중국 서예교과 전공 대학생이 학습 자기효능감이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하고자 하였다. 방법 연구를 위해 중국 하남성 A시 소재의 4년제 1-4학년 서예교과 전공 대학생을 연구대상으로 2022년 10월 말부터 12월 중순까지 총 6주 동안 213명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS Statistics 28를 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 피어슨(Pearson) 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 독립표본 t-test와 일원분산분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 실시하여 일반적 특성에 따른 변인들의 차이를 알아보고, 측정개념을 통한 가설검증을 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 첫째, 서예전공 대학생의 성별에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습 자기효능감, 난이도 선호는 창의적 사고능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습 자기효능감은 공감능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습 자기효능감, 난이도 선호는 적응노력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학습적 자기효능감은 혁신행동에 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 중국의 서예교과 전공 대학생이 인식하는 학습 자기효능감과 혁신행동은 부분적으로 영향을 미치므로 학습 자기효능감과 혁신행동을 향상시킬 수 있는 대학에서의 다양한 교육 지원체계가 개발되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study attempted to investigate the effect of learning self-efficacy on innovative behavior in Chinese calligraphy students. Methods For the study, a survey was conducted on 213 students for a total of six weeks from the end of October to mid-December 2022 with college students majoring in 4-year calligraphy in A City, Hanam Province, China. To verify the research hypothesis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS Statistics 22. And independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted to find out the differences in variables according to general characteristics, and regression analysis was conducted to verify hypotheses through the concept of measurement. Results TAs a result of the old study, first, it was found that there was a significant difference in the gender of college students majoring in calligraphy. Second, it was found that learning self-efficacy and difficulty preference had a positive (+) effect on creative thinking ability. Third, it was found that learning self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on empathy ability. Fourth, it was found that learning self-efficacy and difficulty preference had a positive (+) effect on adaptation efforts. Therefore, it was found that learning self-efficacy had a partial effect on innovation behavior. Conclusions TSince learning self-efficacy and innovation behavior perceived by Chinese calligraphy college students have a partial influence, it suggests that various educational support systems should be developed in universities that can improve learning self-efficacy and innovation behavior.
