성인학습자의 자기주도학습이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 성인학습자의 자기주도학습이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 성인학습자 413명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, SPSS 25 통계프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료의 일반적 특성과 정규성을 파악하기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 신뢰도와 타당도를 파악하기 위해 신뢰도분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 주요 변수 간 상관관계를 파악하기 위해 상관관계분석을 실행하였으며, 자기주도학습이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 성인학습자의 자기주도학습의 하위요인인 인지적 영역, 정의적 영역, 행동적 영역은 진로적응성에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 자기주도학습의 하위요인인 인지적 영역, 정의적 영역, 행동적 영역은 진로결정 자기효능감에 통계적 유의수준을 나타냈다. 셋째, 성인학습자의 자기주도학습의 하위요인인 인지적 영역, 정의적 영역, 행동적 영역이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증은 유의미하였다. 결론 이를 바탕으로 성인학습자의 진로적응성을 높이기 위해서는 자기주도학습과 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진시켜야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 성인학습자의 평생교육을 위한 함의와 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is to verify the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between the influence of adult learners' self-directed learning on career adaptability. Methods For this purpose, 413 adult learners were selected as study subjects, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 statistical program. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to identify the general characteristics and normality of the collected data, and reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted to determine reliability and validity. In addition, a correlation analysis was performed to identify the correlation between major variables, and a regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in career decision-making in the relationship between the effects of self-directed learning on career adaptability. Results First, the cognitive domain, affective domain, and behavioral domain, which are the sub-factors of adult learners' self-directed learning, had a significant effect on career adaptability. Second, the cognitive domain, affective domain, and behavioral domain, which are the sub-factors of adult learners' self-directed learning, showed a statistically significant level in career decision self-efficacy. Third, the verification of the mediating effect of self-efficacy in career decision-making was significant in the relationship between cognitive domain, affective domain, and behavioral domain, which are the sub-factors of adult learners' self-directed learning, on career adaptability. Conclusions Based on this, self-directed learning and career decision-making self-efficacy should be promoted in order to increase career adaptability of adult learners. Through this, it is intended to provide implications and basic data for lifelong education of adult learners.
