국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19 이후 장기화되는 대학의 온라인 수업에서 효과적인 교육을 제공하기 위하여 학습자와 교수자 간의 상호작용이 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고, 교수 실재감이 이에 미치는 매개효과를 검정하였다. 이를 통하여 학습자의 온라인 수업 만족도를 높이고, 온라인 수업의 질적 향상을 꾀하여, 학습자에게 유의미한 교육 환경을 제시하는 데 기초연구를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경상남도 소재 C대학에서 온라인 수업을 경험한 학습자 172명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 수업 안내 및 학습 촉진 요인과 교수적 지원요인이 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 또한 수업의 체계적 실행, 학습 촉진 및 점검, 의사소통 촉진 요인이 학습자와 교수자 간 상호작용과 수업 만족도와의 관계에서 완전 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구는온라인 수업에서 학습자와 교수자 간 상호작용이 학습자의 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 교수 실재감의 매개효과를 실증적 분석을 통하여 알아보고, 교수자가 온라인 수업 환경에서 고려할 부분을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the effects of the interaction between learners and instructorson the satisfaction of universities’ online classes prolonged after COVID-19 and to test the mediatingeffect of teaching presence. Further, it was intended to provide basic research for effective learningenvironment by increasing learners’ satisfaction with online classes and improving the quality ofthe class. This study presents the result of the survey conducted at C University, which is locatedin Gyeongsangnam-do. A total of 172 learners who took a online class participated in this study. Findings revealed that the effect of ‘class guidance and facilitating learning’ and ‘instructionalsupport(support and management of learning materials)’ factors on the class satisfaction arestatistically significant. Also, ‘systematic implementation of instruction,’ ‘facilitating and monitoringlearning,’ and ‘facilitating discourse’ factors have a full mediating effect on the relationship betweenlearner-instructor interaction and the class satisfaction. The effect of interaction between learnersand instructors on the online class satisfaction and the mediating effect of teaching presence areinvestigated through empirical analysis and the implications that instructors should consider inthe online class environment are suggested in this study.
