예비유아교사의 공동체 활동을 통한 학습경험의 내용과 의미 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 공동체 활동을 통한 학습경험의 내용과 의미를 분석하여 유아⋅놀이중심 교육과정 운영을 위한 지원 방안을 제안하는 것이다.방법 연구참여자는 유아교육을 전공하는 30명의 예비유아교사들이다. 연구방법은 유아교사론 교과 시간에 학습공동체 활동에 대하여 자신과 구성원에 대한 반성적 사고가 담긴 저널을 수집하여 학습공동체 활동의 경험 내용과 의미를 질적으로 분석하였다.결과 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 공동체 활동을 통한 경험의 내용은 반성적 소통하기, 가치와 비전 공유하기, 자율성 찾아가기, 강점 촉진하기로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 공동체 활동을 통한 경험의 의미는 자신감 가지기, 유아교육 전문성 함양하기, 공동체 의식 고양하기, 반성적 사고하기, 정서적 지원하기로 나타났다.결론 본 연구결과에 기초하여 학습공동체 활동을 통한 유아⋅놀이중심 교육과정의 운영을 위한 역량을 지원하는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to propose support for the management of a play-centered curriculum by analyzing the content and meaning of learning experiences through community activities of pre-service early childhood teachers. Methods Participants in this study were 30 pre-service early childhood teachers who attended early childhood teacher education courses. Data collection was centered on self-reflection journals and peer journals on the experience of learning community activities during the curriculum, and qualitatively analyzed the contents and meaning of the experiences of pre-service early childhood teachers. Results The results of this study were as follows: First, the contents of learning experiences by pre-service early childhood teachers through learning community activities were communicating reflectively, sharing values and visions, finding autonomy, promoting strengths. Second, the meaning of learning experiences by pre-service early childhood teachers through learning community activities were build self-confidence, develop expertise in early childhood education, raise a sense of community, reflective thinking, emotionally support. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it was discussed how to support the capacity of pre-service early childhood teachers to manage child-centered and play-centered curriculum through learning community activities.
