국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 온라인 협력학습에서 성찰 유형(개별성찰, 협력성찰, 동료모델 협력성찰)에 따라 성찰 수준과 팀 효과성에 차이가 있는지 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다.방법 이를 위하여 2020년 한 학기 동안 실시간 화상 강의를 통해 협력학습을 경험한 총 69명의 학습자를 세 집단으로 무선 할당하였다. 연구 대상자들은 온라인 협력활동 진행 후 각각 다른 유형의 성찰일지를 작성하였으며 그것의 효과를 성찰 수준과 팀 효과성(팀 활동성과, 팀 활동 만족도, 개별 학습성과)으로 살펴보았다.결과 첫째, 성찰 유형에 따라 성찰 수준에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있음을 발견했다. 둘째, 성찰 유형에 따라 팀 효과성에 차이가 있음을 확인했다. 특히 동료모델 협력성찰 집단은 팀 효과성 하위요인 중 팀 활동성과, 개별 학습성과에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다.결론 이를 통해 온라인 협력학습에서 학습자의 성찰 촉진전략 및 팀 효과성을 높이는 방편으로 동료모델 협력성찰의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to explore the effect of reflection types (individual reflection, collaborative reflection, peer model collaborative reflection) on reflection levels and team effectiveness in Online Collaborative Learning. Methods To this end, a total of 69 learners who experienced collaborative learning through real-time video lessons in 2020 were randomly assigned to three groups. The subjects of the study wrote different types of reflection journals after the online collaborative activities and their reflection levels and team effectiveness (individual learning performance, team activity satisfaction, team activity performance) were checked. Results It was found that there are statistically significant differences in the level of reflection and team effectiveness depending on the type of reflection. In particular, the peer model collaborative reflection group showed significant differences in team activity performance and individual learning outcome among the sub factors of team effectiveness. Conclusions Through this, it was confirmed the possibility of using the peer model collaborative reflection as a way to promote learner reflection and increase team effectiveness in online collaborative learning. At the end of the study, a follow-up study was proposed along with a discussion of the findings.
