만2세반 영아중심⋅놀이중심 보육과정 실천과정에서 교사의 놀이 경험 의미 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 햇빛어린이집 사랑반에서 영아중심⋅놀이중심 보육과정을 원장과 교사가 함께 실행하고, 실천과정에서 영아와 교사의 놀이 경험 의미를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.방법 이를 위하여 서울시 S구에 소재한 직장 어린이집 사랑반(만2세)교사 2인과 만2세 영아 14명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구기간은 2020년 5월부터 2020년 12월까지 진행되었다. Kemmis와 McTaggart(1998)의 실행연구 모형을 바탕으로 3차에 걸친 실행과정을 거쳤다.결과 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만2세반에서 영아중심⋅놀이중심 보육과정 실천을 위해 세가지 운영 방안을 모색하고 실행하였다. 1차 실행은 영아 관심에서 시작되는 놀이, 2차 실행은 비정형화된 놀잇감으로 시작되는 놀이, 3차 실행은 구조화된 놀이 공간 해체하기를 실시하였다. 둘째, 영아중심⋅놀이중심 보육과정 실천에 따른 교사의 놀의 경험 의미는 영아와 교사가 모두 즐거운 놀이하기, 영아의 위험한 행동을 주도적 놀이로 다시 보기, 지속적 놀이에서 일회성 놀이의 가치 발견하기로 탐색되었다.결론 본 연구는 원장과 교사가 실제 보육현장에서 영아중심⋅놀이중심 보육과정을 실천한 구체적 사례와 교사의 놀이 실천 시 경험 의미를 탐색한데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to conduct an infant-centered and play-centered childcare course in the Sunlight Daycare Center Sarang class, and to explore the meaning of the play experience of teachers in the practice process. Methods For this purpose, two teachers in the love class (2 years old) of a workplace daycare center located in S-gu, Seoul and 14 children aged 2 years were studied. Based on Kemmis and McTaggart s (1998) implementation study model, it went through three stages of implementation. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, three methods of operation were sought and implemented for the practice of infant-centered and play-oriented childcare in the second-generation class. The first run was played with infant interest, the second run was played with unstructured playground, and the third run was dismantled with structured play space. Second, the meaning teacher s play experience according to the practice of infant-centered and play-oriented childcare courses was explored to discover the value of one-time play in continuous play by replaying both infant and teacher s fun play. Conclusions This study is meaningful in exploring specific cases of the director and teacher practicing the infant-centered and play-centered childcare process in the actual childcare field and the meaning of the experiences of teachers when practicing play.
