간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 공감능력, 문제해결능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 공감능력, 문제해결능력, 대학생활적응 정도를 파악하고 관련 요인들의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다.방법 B광역시 소재 간호학과 대학생 256명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다.결과 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응은 학년(F=16.456, p<.001), 대학생활 만족도(F=6.375, p=.002)에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 변수 간의 상관관계에서 대학생활적응은 의사소통능력(r=.578, p<.001), 공감능력(r=.806, p<.001), 문제해결능력(r=.725, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향요인은 의사소통능력(β=.133, p=.006), 공감능력(β=.638, p<.001), 대학생활 만족도(β=.084, p=.023)였다. 이들 변수의 대학생활적응에 대한 설명력은 66.9%였다.결론 본 연구 결과를 토대로 대학생활적응을 위해서는 의사소통능력, 공감능력, 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육전략을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives To identify effects of college adjustment, communication competence, empathy ability and problem-solving skills of nursing college students. Methods The researcher collected from the subjects, 254 of nursing students at college in B, who agree to the collection of data, by explaining them about the objective and procedure of this study. The data collection period for this study was from September 01 to 30, 2020. Data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN/22.0. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results In the results of this study, college adjustment according to general characteristics was significantly different in grade (F=16.456, p<.001) and college satisfication (F=6.375, p=.002). The college adjustment was found to have a positive correlation with communication competence(r=.578, p<.001), empathy ability(r=.590 p<.001) and problem-solving skills (r=.660, p<.001). The factors influencing college adjustment of nursing students were communication competence (β=.133, p=.006), empathy ability(β=.638, p<.001) and college adjustment (β=.084, p=.023). The explanatory power of the expression college adjustment of these variables was 66.9%. Conclusions Based on the results, we suggest that it is necessary to develop and apply educational strategies to improve communication skills, empathy skills, and problem-solving skills for the adjustment to college life.
