방사선 사용부서 간호사의 방사선 방어 행위 영향 요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 방사선 사용부서 간호사를 대상으로 방사선 방어 지식, 방사선 방어 태도 및 방사선 방어 행위 정도를 파악하고 방사선 방어 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시행되었다.방법 자료 수집 기간은 2019년 12월 16일부터 2020년 4월 3일까지이며, J도 소재 3개 종합병원 간호사 208명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, one way-ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다.결과 본 연구에서 대상자의 방사선 방어 지식은 10.53점(16점 만점), 방사선 방어 태도는 4.35점(5점 만점), 방사선 방어 행위는 3.44점(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 방사선 방어 지식과 방사선 방어 태도는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있고(r=.32, p<.001), 방사선 방어 지식과 방사선 방어 행위(r=.37, p<.001), 방사선 방어 태도와 방사선 방어 행위 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.31, p<.001). 다중 회귀분석 결과, 방사선 방어 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 방사선 방어 지식(β=.17, p=.013), 방사선 방어 태도(β=.12, p=.049), 기관 내 방사선 방어교육 경험(β=.26, p<.001), 방어용구 착용(β=.27, p=.001)으로 이들 변수의 설명력은 30.8%이고, 방사선 방어 행위에 가장 주요한 예측 요인은 방어용구 착용(β=.27, p=.001)인 것으로 나타났다.결론 방사선 사용부서 간호사의 방사선 방어 행위를 향상시키기 위해 방사선 방어 지식 향상과 긍정적인 방사선 방어 태도를 함양하기 위한 방사선 방어교육 프로그램을 구성하여 제공하고, 방어용구 착용을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적, 제도적 뒷받침을 강화할 필요성이 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study investigates the degree of knowledge, attitude, and behavior of the nurses working in the hospital s radiology department toward adopting the principles of radiation protection. Methods The participants were 208 nurses from the radiology department of a large general hospital located in a Korean J province. Data were collected between December 16, 2019 to April 3, 2020 from a self-administered questionnaire and were analyzed using the t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with the SPSS 24.0 program. Results The correlation between the knowledge, the attitude, and the behavior toward radiation protection showed a significant positive correlation between the degree of knowledge regarding radiation protection and the attitude toward protecting oneself against radiation exposure. There was also a significant positive correlation between the degree of knowledge and the behavior toward adopting radiation protection. A significant positive correlation was also seen between a positive attitude and behavior toward radiation protection. The analysis of the factors affecting the adoption of the radiation protection practices are as follows: degree of knowledge regarding radiation protection, attitude toward radiation protection, receiving the radiation protection education in the institution, wearing protective equipment. These factors explain the radiation protection behavior 30.8% of the times (F=12.50, p<.001). Conclusions The factor that influenced the adoption of the radiation protection practices the most was the wearing of the protective equipment. This study concluded that defensive knowledge against radioactive rays, attitudes among nurses is important to promote to enhance defensive behaviors against radioactive rays is highly recommended.
