상담심리학과 3, 4학년 대학생들의 상담현장실습 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 현장에서 상담실습을 경험하는 대학생들이 실습을 하는 과정에서 어떤 어려움을 경험하는지 알아보는 것이며, 그리고 상담실습 경험이 참여자들에게 어떤 의미와 영향을 주는지 연구하기 위한 것이다.방법 이를 위하여본 연구에서는 상담심리학을 전공하는 3, 4학년 대학생들 중 한 학기 동안 현장에서 상담 실습을 경험한 15명을 선정하여 Giorgi의 현상학적 질적 연구 방법으로 연구하였다.결과 15명의 참여자들로부터 인터뷰한 자료를 분석한 결과, 115개의 의미있는 진술이 도출되었고, 이를 다시 정리한 결과 88개의 주요코드를 작성하게 되었다. 그리고 코드별로 범주화하여 11개의 하위범주와 5개의 상위범주로 통합하였다. 그리고 참여자들의 초심으로 긴장과 염려 그리고 설렘과 기대감 속에서 정서적으로 도움을 주고 싶은 마음을 가지고 있었음이 드러났다. 실습 과정에서 참여자들은 학생들과 대화의 어려움과 관계 형성, 그리고 상황대처의 어려움을 갖고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 그런 가운데 동료들과 상호협력하는 경험은 참여자들에게 한 학기 동안 실습을 감당할 수 있었던 원동력이 되었던 것으로 나타났다.결론 결론적으로는 상담 실습 경험의 의미와 영향을 갖게 된 것인데, 의미로는 스스로 전공 학습의 미진함을 성찰하게 되었고, 긴장과 불안 속에서도 상담실무 경험을 성공적으로 마친 초보 상담자로서의 성취감과 더불어 내적 성장을 이루는 결과를 얻은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상담실습의 영향으로는 자신의 진로가 명료해졌고, 상담을 전공하는 정확한 가치관을 갖는 계기가 된 것으로 드러났다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is to find out what difficulties college students experiencing counseling practice experience in the field experience in the course of practice, and to study the meaning and impact of counseling practice experience on participants. Methods In this study, Giorgi s phenomenological method was used to study the experiences of counseling practice in the field during the semester for third and fourth graders majoring in counseling psychology. Results An analysis of the data interviewed by 15 participants resulted in 115 meaningful statements, which were compiled and 88 key codes were written. It was categorized by code and integrated into 11 subcategories and 5 upper categories. And it turned out that the participants wanted to help emotionally in tension, concern, excitement and anticipation with the initial intentions of the participants. During the exercise, participants were found to have difficulty communicating with students, forming relationships, and dealing with situations. Meanwhile, the experience of collaborating with colleagues was found to have been a driving force for participants to be able to handle practice for a semester. Conclusions In conclusion, it has the meaning and influence of counseling practice experience, meaning that it reflects the lack of major learning on its own, and achieved internal growth with a sense of accomplishment as a novice counselor who successfully completed counseling practice experience despite tension and anxiety. And the influence of counseling practice was found to have made his career clear and served as an opportunity to have accurate values of majoring in counseling.
