국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 학습자중심교수법을 적용한 예비유아교사의 모의수업 설계-계획-실행-평가 과정에서 반성적 사고의 내용을 분석하는 것이다.방법 연구 참여자는 경기도 소재 4년제 대학 유아교육과 학생 30명이고, 모의수업 과정에서 수집한 자료를 바탕으로 하여 질적으로 내용을 분석하였다.결과 첫째, 모의수업 설계 및 계획 단계에서 예비교사들은 유아교육 원리를 반영하여 수업을 계획해야 하며, PCK에 기반하여 수업 매체와 환경을 적절히 제시하는 것이 중요하다고 생각하였다. 둘째, 모의수업 실행 단계에서는 유아 중심 교수법을 통해 상호작용하고, 원활하고 매끄럽게 수업을 진행하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 느꼈다. 셋째, 모의수업 평가 단계에서는 예비교사 스스로 평가 과정에 적극적으로 참여해보며 평가가 얼마나 중요한지 알게 되었다. 모의수업 과정에서 동료와의 협력을 통해 발전하고, 지속적으로 연구하여 역량을 갖추어 나갈 수 있는 자신감을 가졌으며, 전문성을 가진 교사로서의 성장 가능성을 발견하였다.결론 예비유아교사가 프로젝트 과정에 주도적으로 참여하도록 학습자 중심 교수법을 적용하여 모의수업을 진행한 과정에서 교육과정 운영 및 수업 역량을 증진시킬 수 있었다. 모의수업 설계 및 계획, 실행, 평가 단계에서 반성적 사고의 내용을 분석하여 교사양성과정에 시사점을 제공하였다는 측면에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of reflective thinking by applying a learner-centered teaching method in the process of design-plan-execute-evaluation of simulated classes for pre-service teachers. Methods The participants of the study were 30 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at a 4-year university located in Gyeonggi-do, and analyzed qualitatively based on the data collected during the simulated class. Results The results of the study were as follows: First, at the stage of designing and planning simulated classes, pre-service teachers thought that they should plan classes by reflecting the principles of early childhood education. In addition, they thought that it was important to properly present the teaching materials and environment based on PCK. Second, it was found that it is important to interact and naturally proceed the class through the child-centered teaching method in the stage of simulated class execution. Third, in the evaluation stage of the simulated class, they learned how important evaluation is by actively participating in the evaluation process. Conclusions This study is significant in that it provided implications for the teacher training process.
