친구관계, 부모양육태도, 교사관계가 중학생의 그릿에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생의 창의적 성향의 매개역할을 통해 친구관계, 부모양육태도, 교사관계가 그릿에 미치는 영향의 구조적 관계를 탐색하고, 변인 간의 직⋅간접적 효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원이 수행한 한국 아동⋅청소년 패널조사(Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey: KCYPS) 중 1차년도(2018년) 중학교 1학년 패널자료 총 2,590명의 응답을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 친구관계, 교사관계는 그릿에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치지만, 부모양육태도는 그릿에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 친구관계는 창의적 성향에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치지만, 부모양육태도와 교사관계는 창의적 성향에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 매개변인인 창의적 성향은 그릿에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 친구관계가 그릿에 미치는 영향에 있어서, 창의적 성향의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 주요 연구결과를 바탕으로 긍정적 친구관계와 창의적 성향의 함양을 통해 중학생의 그릿을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램과 교수전략의 필요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationship of the effect of peer relationship, parenting attitude and student-teacher relationship between grit through the mediating effect of the creativity of middle school students, and analyze the direct and indirect effects between variables. For this study, 2,590 responses of the 1-wave(the first grade of middle school) of the first year of the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) provided by the National Youth Policy Institute(NYPI) were used. The main results of the study are as follows: First, the peer relationship and student-teacher relationship have significant direct affects on grit, but the parenting attitude does not have a significant effect on grit. Second, peer relationship have positive effects on creativity, but parenting attitude and student-teacher relationship do not have significant effects on creativity. Third, the creativity have directly effects on grit. Fourth, in terms of the effect of peer relationship on grit, the partial mediating effect of creativity appeared. Based on these main results, the team-based cooperative learning program, which includes creative hands-on activities to positively lead peer relationship and foster creativity, was suggested.
