국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로개발지원, 진로역량, 진로적응성, 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 서울시와 경기도, 그리고 부산시에 소재한 4년제 대학 8개교의 학생 1,500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 1,445명의 자료가 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로개발지원은 진로역량과 진로적응성 및 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 진로역량은 진로적응성에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 진로개발지원은 진로역량과 진로적응성을 매개로 진로준비행동에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 진로역량은 진로적응성을 매개로 진로준비행동에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 대학생의 진로준비행동과 진로역량에 대한 자신감, 그리고 진로에 대한 적응력을 높이기 위해 진로개발지원을 확장할 필요가 있다. 다음으로 대학생의 진로준비행동 수준을 높이기 위해 진로개발지원이 이루어져야 한다. 끝으로 대학생에게 진로에 대한 실제적이고 구체적인 정보를 제공하여 대학생의 진로개발계획을 지속적으로 관리하고 지원해야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among college students career development support, career competency, career adaptability, and career preparation behavior. For the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 1,500 students from eight four-year universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Busan, and finally, data from 1,445 were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed for structural relationships through the structural equation model using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 programs. The conclusions obtained through the results and discussion of this study are as follows. First, career development support directly affects career competency, career adaptability, and career preparation behavior. Also, career competency directly affects career adaptability. Second, career development support indirectly affects career preparation behavior through career competency and career adaptability. Third, career competency has an indirect effect on career preparation behavior through career adaptability. Taken together, these results show that colleges career development support is most effective in developing career competency, improving career adaptability, and improving the level of career preparation behavior when taking both the internal and external environmental factors of college students into account. Therefore, it is necessary to expand career development support in order to increase college students career preparation behavior, confidence in career competency, and adaptability to career paths. Next, career development support should be provided to raise the level of career preparation behavior of college students. Finally, it is necessary to continuously manage and support college students career development plans by providing practical and specific information on career paths to college students.
