간호대학생의 안전의식, 윤리의식 및 안전활동에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구 목적은 간호대학생의 환자에 대한 안전의식, 윤리의식 및 안전활동 수준을 확인하고, 이들 간의 상관관계와 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구이며, 연구대상은 G시 간호대학생 203명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 환자에 대한 안전의식, 윤리의식 및 안전활동 도구를 사용하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2018년 9월 3일부터 14일 까지였다. 자료분석 방법은 빈도와 기술통계, One-way Anova, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호학생의 안전의식 수준은 평균 3.64점, 간호학생이 지각한 환자, 전문직 업무, 협동자에 대한 윤리의식은 평균 3.01점, 간호학생의 안전활동은 4.43점으로 나타났다. 안전의식과 윤리의식의 경우 r=.325로 유의한 정적인 상관관계, 안전의식과 안전활동의 경우 r=.397로 유의한 정적인 상관관계, 윤리의식과 안전활동의 경우 r=.293으로 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 안전의식이 높으면 안전활동도 높아지고, 윤리의식이 높으면 안전활동도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 환자안전 간호역량을 갖추기 위해서는 실제적이고 단계적인 융합교육이 필요하다. 이를 위해 안전교육의 체계적 적용을 위한 사회지지망이 잘 형성된다면 보다 안전한 환경이 조성될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of safety awareness, ethical awareness, and safety activities of nursing college students, and to identify the correlations and impact between them. The study design was a descriptive research study, and the participants of the study were 203 nursing students in G city. Data was collected from Sep 3 to 14, 2018. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Regression analysis. As a result of the study, the average level of safety awareness of nursing students was 3.64 points, the average of ethical awareness toward patients, professional work and partners perceived by nursing students was 3.01 points, and nursing students safety activities was 4.43 points. There was a significant positive correlation. In the case of safety awareness and ethics awareness, r=.325, a significant positive correlation, in the case of safety awareness and safety activities, r=.397, significant positive correlation, ethics awareness and safety activities as r=.293 As a result of the study, it was found that safety activities increased when safety awareness increased, and safety activities increased when ethical awareness increased. Therefore, systematic convergence education is needed to equip nursing students patient safety capabilities. To this end, a safer environment will be created if the social support network for systematic application of safety education is well formed.
