대학생의 학업정서가 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 성별에 따라 학업정서, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로결정수준 에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 확인하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 더 나아가 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 학업정서가 성별에 따라 차이가 있는지 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 465명의 대학생을 대상으로 학업정서, 진로결정 자기효능감, 그리고 진로결정수준을 측정하였다. 성별에 따른 주요변인의 차이를 확인하기 위해 t-검증을 실시하였다. 또한 다중집단 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 성별에 따라 연구모형이 동일하게 적용될 수 있는지 확인하고 주요 변인들 간의 관계에 성차가 존재하는지도 살펴보았다. 주요결과는 첫째, 성별에 따라 경험하는 학업정서가 다른 것으로 확인되었고, 진로결정수준의 하위변인인 진로확신에서 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 학업정서는 성별에 따라 다른 결과를 나타냈다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학교육에 대한 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the gender differences of academic emotions, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision level of undergraduate students. Another goal of this study is to explore the role of gender in the relationship among academic emotion, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision level. For this study, 465 college students were evaluated for their academic emotions, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career decision-making level. The t-tests were conducted to confirm the gender differences in the major variables. In addition, multiple-group structural equation model were used to prove the applicability of gender differences to research model and examine the gender differences among main variables. As results, first, it was proved that male and female had different academic emotions experienced, especially career certainty, the sub-variable of career decision level. Second, academic emotions had different effect on career decision self-efficacy and career decision level by gender. Further discussions and implications based on these results were presented.
