초등학생이 인식한 가족건강성과 실패내성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 아동이 지각한 가족건강성과 실패내성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 실패내성이 두 관계를 매개하는지 검증하였다. 이를 위해, 2019년 10월 6일부터 26일까지 약 3주간, 서울 및 경기 소재의 초등학교에 재학 중인 450명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 450명의 자료는 SPSS 25.0를 통해 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였고, Hasyes(2013)가 제안한 PROCESS macro의 model 4를 이용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 초등학생이 인식한 가족건강성과 실패내성 중 과제수준선호와 행동은 학교적응에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 과제수준선호와 행동은 가족건강성과 학교적응간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 초등학생이 지각한 가족건강성은 학교적응에 직접적인 영향도 미치지만, 개인변인인 실패내성 중 과제수준선호와 행동을 매개로 학교적응에 간접적인 영향도 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of family strengths and academic failure tolerance on elementary school students school adjustment and then look into whether academic failure tolerance mediated the relationship between family strengths and children’s school adjustment. Using the SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS macro by Hasyes(2013), we analyzed the data of 450 fifth and sixth graders at elementary school in Seolu and Gyeonggi-do. Study findings are as follows: First, positive predictors of children s school adjustment are family strengths and task difficulty preference and behavior among academic failure tolerance. Second, task difficulty preference and behavior partly medicate the relationship family strengths and school adjustment. It shows that family strengths, perceived by elementary school students, has direct effect on school adjustment as well as indirect effect through task difficulty preference and behavior.
