국문 초록

본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용한 후 진로정체감 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 프로그램은 박인우(1995)가 제안한 상담 프로그램 개발 모형을 토대로 설계하였고, 전문가에 의해 논의와 타당화 과정을 거친 후, 총 12회기의 집단상담 프로그램으로 최종 구안하였다. 연구도구는 조은주(2001)의 진로정체감 검사지를 사용하였고, 실험집단과 통제집단 각각에 프로그램 사전·사후검사를 실시하고 난 이후 SPSS/Windows 22.0의 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)을 사용하여 통계적 결과를 분석하였다. 또한 양적 결과와 관련된 신뢰성의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 연구 대상자의 회기별 소감문과 연구자의 관찰 내용을 보충하여 각 구성요인별 프로그램의 효과를 분석하였다. 결과 분석을 통해 학교 밖 청소년의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단과 참여하지 않은 통제집단 사이에 진로정체감에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 매년 학교 밖 청소년이 증가하고 있는 현재 상황에서, 이들의 특성과 요구를 반영한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발 후 적용하여 그 효과를 검증했다는 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program to improve the sense of career identity status of out-of-school youth and verify it’s effectiveness in career identity status. The program was developed based on Park In-woo (1995) s counseling program development model. The program was consisted of 12 sessions and it is validated by the professionals. The research tool used was career identity scale by Cho Eun-joo(2001). The data was processed using the Mixed ANOVA method in SPSS/Windows 22.0. To compensate for the limitations of the reliability of quantitative results, the effectiveness of the program by sub-area was analyzed and presented based on the session-by-session comments of group members and the consultant s observations. The main results from this study are as follows. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group that participated in the group counseling program to improve the sense of career identity of out-of-school youth. The implications of this study is that it developed a group counseling program that is needed as the population of out-of-school youth is increasing each year.
