COVID-19에 따른 C대학교 교육대학원 온라인수업 학습자 만족을 위한 수업 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 COVID-19에 따른 온라인 수업에서 교수와 학생들이 온라인 수업에 대한 문제점을 인식하고 온라인 수업 활성화 방안을 위해 상호작용을 통한 교수학습방법을 함께 찾아가면서 수업을 실행해 가기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 서울시 소재 C대학교 교육대학원 유아교육과 전공과목인 ‘유아교육 연구방법’ 수업을 듣는 학생 33명과 연구자 2명이다. 이를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 수업기간은 15주 총 30시간이다. 수집된 자료는 정보에 대한 특정 개념을 알 수 있는 개방코딩, 중심현상에 대한 부분은 축 코딩, 그리고 개념들 사이의 관계는 선택코딩으로 진행했다. 또한 축 코딩 모델에 있는 범주를 통합하는 이야기를 서술하고 조건적 명제들을 수집하여 결과를 도출해 냈다. 그 결과 온라인 수업에서 학생들의 수업참여에 대한 변화과정에서 학생들은 온라인 수업으로 논문작성을 위한 연구방법 수업에 대하여 부담을 갖고 어려움을 느꼈으나 온라인 수업에서도 교수와의 상호작용과 피드백을 통해 연구에 대한 동기를 유발하며 수업에서 주체성을 갖고 참여를 했다. 또한 이러한 상호작용과 반성적 저널쓰기에 기초한 교수방법을 통해 온라인 수업에서의 만족도가 높았으며, 온라인 수업에서도 연구방법을 배우고 연구계획서를 작성하는데 학생들에게 도움이 많이 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 본 연구는 온라인에서 ‘유아교육 연구방법’이라는 수업을 위해 개별 학생들의 욕구에 적합한 상호작용을 통해 수업을 진행한 실행 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 온라인 수업으로 이루어진 상호작용 실행 방법은 보다 나은 수업 개선에 유용한 방법으로 활용될 것으로 사료된다. 더불어 포스트 코로나 시대를 대비하기 위한 미래형 교육에 관한 교육정책 및 사회적 지원 방향을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study in online class due to COVID-19 aims at performing class as professor and students recognize problem about online class and devise teaching-learning method together through interaction for activation plan of online class. Study participants are 33 students taking ‘research method for early childhood education’ class which is major of graduate school of education at C university located in Seoul and a professor performing the class with 2 researchers and a professor for plan and analysis on course of practice of the class. I have collected data to this and period of class is 15 weeks and a total of 30 hours. Collected data is performed by open coding which is knowing a specific concept about data, part of the central phenomenon is performed by axial coding and relation among concepts is performed by selective coding. In addition I have come up with a result by describing story that integrates category in axial coding and by collecting conditional propositions. As a result in the process of change on class participation in online class, students felt burdened and troubled on the research method class for writing a thesis through online class but they participated in on line classes with self-reliance in online class motivated by research through interaction and feedback with professor. Also the satisfaction level of on line class was high through these interactions and teaching methods based on reflective journal writing, I could see that it helped students a lot in learning how to study and to draw up a research plan in online class. In addition, the interactive practice of online class is thought to be used as a useful way to improve class. In addition, it is expected that the government will be able to provide basic data on education policies and social support directions for future education to prepare for post-corona era.
