초등학교 신입생의 또래관계기술 향상을 위한 콜라주중심 집단미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 콜라주중심 집단미술치료가 학교생활 부적응 및 또래관계에 어려움을 겪고 있는 초등학교 신입생을 대상으로 또래관계기술 향상에 긍정적 상호행동 및 정서변화로 나타나는지 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 집단미술치료는 경기도 P시의 지역연계형 방과 후 돌봄 교실을 이용하는 초등학교 1학년 8명을 대상으로 2018년 6월부터 9월까지 주1회 60분, 총 12회기로 진행하였다. 연구자료 수집 및 분석은 아동인적사항 및 특징이 기재된 기관보고 서면자료, 보호자와의 면담자료, 치료사의 회기평가서, 보조치료사의 행동정서 관찰일지 그리고 사전·사후 KSD그림검사를 질적 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 이를 통한 연구 결과는 첫째, 회기별 변화과정에서 놀이중심의 주제 활동이 또래집단 상호작용의 기초태도와 관계기술을 습득할 수 있게 하였다. 둘째. 단계별 변화과정에서 Ⅰ단계 친밀감 형성 및 자기표현 Ⅱ단계 또래이해 및 수용 Ⅲ단계 균형 있는 또래관계 형성을 통해 관계 속 배려 및 존중을 습득하는 점진적 변화로 나타났다. 셋째, KSD 검사에서 학교생활에 적응하고 또래관계에서 친밀감과 우호성이 높아진 관계역동의 변화를 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 초등학교 신입생의 또래관계 기술향상에 있어 콜라주중심 미술치료 개입의 기초를 제시한 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore whether collage-oriented group art therapy appears to be positive interaction and emotional changes in improving peer relationship skills for students who are stru ggling with school life maladjustment and peer relations. The subjects are eight 1st graders who use regional-linked after-school care classes in P city in South Korea. The art therapy program was conducted from June to September 2018, once a week, for 60 minutes, a total of 12 sessions. The collection and analysis of research data were obtained by qualitative analysis of the institutional report with child personality details and characteristics, parent interview data, session evaluation report, observation log of the behavioral sentiment. Also, Kinetic school drawing(KSD) was used to verify the effectiveness of the therapy. The results of this study are as follows. First, through the play centered theme activities, the basic attitude and relation skills of peer group interaction were acquired. Second, gradual changes were made to acquire consideration and respect in the relationship through intimacy formation and self-expression, peer understanding and acceptance, and balanced peer relationship formation. Third, KSD tests showed changes in the dynamics of relations that have adapted to school life and have increased intimacy and friendship in peer relations. This study provided the basis of collage-oriented art therapy intervention in improving peer relationship technology
