국문 초록

본 연구는 고령 난임 여성의 경험에 대한 의미와 본질적 구조를 이해하기 위해 시도된 질적연구이다. 본 연구는 난임을 진단받고 시험관시술을 진행 중인 37∼44세 여성 6명을 대상으로 2019년 9월부터 2020년 1월까지 면담과 관찰법을 사용하여 자료수집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 현상학적 방법 중 Colaizzi가 제시한 방법으로 분석하고 기술하였다. 연구결과 참가자는 고령 난임에 대한 두려움과 지식부족, 반복적인 시술의 고통으로 불안을 경험하였다. 또한, 임신에 대한 기다림과 경제적 어려움으로 우울을 겪고 있었으며, 가족과 병원직원에 대해 서운함을 느꼈다. 하지만 가족의 지지와 임신을 향한 의지로 시험관시술을 재도전하였다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 고령 난임 여성의 이해를 높이고 이들을 위한 교육 및 상담프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This research was conducted to understand and describe the world of infertile women over 35 years of age real experience by phenomenological method. Study subjects were 6 adults aged 37 to 44 years, who have infertile and agreed to participate in this study. The data was collected from September, 2019 to January, 2020 by indepth interview method. Analysis of data was performed using method presented by Colaizzi. The results of the study showed that participants experienced anxiety infertility, lack of knowledge, and repeated pain. They also experienced financial difficulties and depression and It was difficult because of my family and hospital staff. But with family support and hope for pregnancy, they challenge again. Since this study explored the lived experience of infertile women over 35 years of age and their social and psychological change, the results would be useful for understanding patients and to develop nursing intervention strategy for infertile Women Over 35 Years Of Age and the family to enhance positive coping and to improve the quality of life.
