국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생들의 취업불안과 취업준비행동의 인과관계와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 규명하였다. 본 연구는 충남 4년제 대학의 취업관련교육을 받는 학생 300명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 최종적으로 269명의 자료를 활용하여 실증하였다. 주요연구결과는 첫째, 취업불안과 취업준비행동의 관계를 검증한 결과, 대학생이 지각하는 취업불안은 취업준비행동에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 이는 대학생들이 취업불안을 높게 지각할수록, 취업준비행동이 증가된다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 사회적 지지의 조절효과 검증을 실시한 결과, 취업불안이 높은 학생들은 사회적 지지에 따라서 취업준비행동에 많은 차이를 보였다. 이는 취업불안을 느끼는 학생들에게 사회적 지지를 투여함에 있어, 사회적지지의 투여정도에 따라서 취업준비행동에 차이가 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구의 시사점 그리고 연구한계와 향후 연구방향을 논하였다.

영문 초록

This study identified the causal relationship of university students employment anxiety and employment preparation behavior and the moderating effect of social support. The study was conducted on 300 students who received employment-related education at a four-year university in Chungcheongnam-do, Korea, and finally, data from 269 were used. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the relationship between employment anxiety and employment preparation behavior, employment anxiety perceived by university students had a positive(+) effect on employment preparation behavior. This means that the higher the awareness of employment anxiety, the higher the employment preparation behavior of university students. Second, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of social support, students with high employment anxiety showed many differences in employment preparation behavior according to social support. This means that in giving social support to students who feel employment anxiety, there is a difference in employment preparation behavior depending on the degree of social support. Based on these, the implications of this study and future research directions were presented.
