유아교육기관의 창의적 역량, 유아발달, 유아교사의 공감능력과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량, 유아발달, 유아교사의 공감능력과의 관계를 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 서울·경기지역 유아교육기관 교사 550명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이메일, 우편, SNS를 통해 회수된 설문지는 최종 507부였다. 설문자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 사용해 분석했다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량, 유아발달, 유아교사의 공감능력의 일반적 경향성에 대해 알아본 결과 모두 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량의 하위변인과 유아발달의 하위변인과의 상관관계는 모두 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 또한 유아발달의 하위변인과 유아교사의 공감능력의 하위변인과의 상관관계 역시 모두 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량이 유아교사의 공감능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량이 유아의 발달에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 유아교사의 공감능력은 유아교육기관의 창의적 역량과 유아발달과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아교육기관에서 유아교사가 공감능력을 향상시키고, 다양한 창의적 역량을 키울 수 있는 환경 및 교육을 제공한다면 유아교육기관의 교육적 질을 높여 유아들의 전인적인 발달에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the creative capacity of early childhood education institutions, early childhood development, and the empathy ability of early childhood teachers. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 550 teachers of early childhood education institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the final survey was 507 copies. The survey data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study: First, the creative capacity of early childhood education institutions, early childhood development, and the empathy ability of early childhood teachers, all were found to be somewhat high. Second, the correlations between the creative capacity of early childhood education institutions and early childhood development were all positively correlated. In addition, the correlation between early childhood development and the empathy ability of early childhood teachers was also positively correlated. Third, the creative capacity of early childhood education institutions had an effect on the empathy ability of early childhood teachers, and the creative capacity of early childhood education institutions had an effect on early childhood development. In addition, it was found that the empathy ability of early childhood teachers has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the creative capacity of early childhood education institutions and early childhood development. Therefore, it is thought that if early childhood teachers improve empathy and provide environment and education to develop various creative capacity, early childhood education institutions can enhance the educational quality and contribute to the holistic development of children.
