대학생의 공동지도 집단상담경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현상학적인 방법으로 공동지도 집단상담에 참여한 대학생들의 상담경험의 본질적 주제 및 의미를 탐색하였다. 이를 위하여 면담일을 기준으로 최근 1년 동안 최소 10시간 이상의 공동지도 집단상담에 참여한 경험이 있는 대학생 참여자들을 모집하였으며, 추가로 모집한 참여자까지 포함하여 최종 9명의 참여자가 선정되었다. 연구에 동의한 참여자들과 1~3회의 면담을 실시하였으며 자료수집은 2017년 5월~2019년 2월의 기간 동안 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 전사하였으며 전사자료를 포함한 모든 자료는 귀납적 순환적 방법으로 분석 및 해석하였다. 면담 외에 집단상담 당시 참여자들이 작성한 회기 보고서와 공동리더로서 집단을 운영한 연구자의 관찰일지 및 연구 일지를 수집하여 면담자료와 함께 분석하였다. 이러한 자료 분석 및 해석은 자료의 수집과 동시에 시작되어 글쓰는 단계까지 꾸준히 이루어졌다. 자료의 분석 및 해석 결과 대학생의 공동지도 집단상담경험의 본질적 주제는 공동리더와의 관계성 측면과 가장 가깝게 나타남을 확인하였으며, 핵심범주로 ‘나와 집단원 그리고 공동리더와의 균형을 유지하며 상담의 의미를 찾아감’이 도출되었다. 핵심범주 아래 ‘예상치 못한 선물’, ‘함께 짊어진 짐’, ‘리더와 분리된 세계’, ‘안전한 자리찾기’라는 4개의 본질적 주제와 13개의 하위주제를 확인하고 각 주제에 대한 의미를 탐색하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 공동지도 집단상담 및 대학생 집단원의 공동지도 집단상담 경험에 시사하는 바를 논의하고 제한점 및 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the psychological counseling experience of the university students in a phenomenological way in order to understand meaning and essence of counseling experiences of university students. In order to investigate the research s issues, I tried to recruit university students who have participated in co-leader group therapy for at least 10 hours or more in the past year have been recruited, and the final nine participants have been selected.. I conducted 1 to 3 interviews with 9 participants who agreed to participate in the study. In addition, I collected and analyzed participants’ counseling reports, and observation datas during the period from May 2017 to February 2019. The recorded material was analyzed and interpreted by inductive and cyclic methods, and began at the same time as the data were collected, and continued to the writing stage. As a result of analyzing and interpreting the data, the essential theme of the collective counseling experience of university students was the closest to the relationship with the co-leader. Analyzes reveal the core thema of ‘Finding the meaning of counseling while maintaining a balance with me, group members, and co-leaders. Additionally, four essential themes emeged, including (1) ‘Unexpected gift’, (2) ‘Luggage carried together’, (3)‘A world separate from the leader’, (4) ‘Find a safe place’ and 13 Sub-themes were derived. Based on these results, I discussed the implications of the understanding of university students Group Therapy and co-leader Group. and limitations and follow-up studies were proposed.
