소셜 네트워크 분석을 통한 북한이탈주민의 한국어교육에 관한 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 북한이탈주민이 소셜 미디어에서 공유하고 있는 한국어 사용 문제에 관한 인식을 탐색하고 교육적 시사점을 제시하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 유튜브에서 ‘탈북자, 한국어교육’을 검색어로 하여 2019년 5월 30일부터 2020년 5월 30일까지 유튜브 영상 100개와 댓글 11,173개의 문서를 수집하였다. 연구 방법은 언어 네트워크와 토픽모델링 분석을 사용하여 빈도수, 단어 쌍, 중심성, 주요 주제들을 분석하였다. 분석 도구는 소셜 네트워크 분석 프로그램인 넷마이너 4.4.와 소셜 미디어 수집 기능을 활용하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 가장 자주 출현한 핵심어는 ‘말’(1,532회 등장)이며 함께 사용된 단어들은 ‘억양, 말투, 무시, 상처, 충격’ 등 부정적인 단어이다. 둘째, 단어 쌍 분석 결과, ‘소외-계층’, ‘남한-생활’, ‘문화-차이’, ‘생활-차이’, ‘대학-생활’, ‘생활-정보’, ‘노력-정착’ 등이다. 셋째, 중심성이 가장 높은 핵심어는 ‘교육’이며 함께 사용된 단어들은 ‘적응, 학교, 학생, 교육, 정책, 필요, 북한, 말’ 등이다. 넷째, 댓글에서 한국어교육 관련 주제는 약 15%의 낮은 비율을 나타내었고 ‘발음·억양’ 등이 주요 핵심어로 추출 되었다. 언어적응 과정에서 겪는 말투, 발음, 억양을 교정하기 위해 소셜 미디어에서 정보들을 공유하고 있으나 문법적인 오류들이 발견되어 이에 대한 소셜 미디어 공간에서 한국어교육의 필요성이 제기되었다.

영문 초록

The study aims to explore perceptions and provide educational implications on the issue of using the Korean language shared by North Korean refugees on social media. The research subjects collected 100 YouTube videos and 11,173 comments from May 30, 2019 to May 30, 2020, using North Korean refugees, Korean language education as the search term on YouTube. The research method used language network and topical modeling analysis to analyze frequency, word pair, centrality, and main topics. The analysis tool utilized the social network analysis program Netminer 4.4. and social media collection functions. The analysis results show that the most frequently appeared core word is speech (appeared 1,532 times), and the words used together are negative words such as ‘intonation, speech, ignore, wound, shock . Second, as a result of word pair analysis, ‘alienation-class , ‘South Korean-life , ‘culture-difference , ‘life-difference , ‘university-life , ‘life-information and ’effort-settlement etc. Third, the core word with the highest centrality is “education, and the words used together are “adaptation, school, students, education, policy, need, North Korea, speech. Fourth, in the comments, topics related to Korean language education showed a low ratio of about 15 percent, and “pronunciation and intonation were extracted as major keywords. In order to correct the speech, pronunciation, and intonation experienced in the language adaptation process, information was shared on social media, but grammatical errors were found and the need for Korean language education was raised in the social media space.
