임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 감사성향과 무례함 경험이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 감사성향과 무례함 경험이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구 대상자는 P와 D 광역시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호학과 재학생 중 임상실습을 경험한 125명이었다. 자료 수집은 감사성향, 무례함 경험과 간호전문직관을 측정하는 자가 보고형 설문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감사성향과 무례함 경험의 하위요인 중 거절로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 간호전문직관에 대한 설명력은 총 29.2%였다. 결론적으로, 간호대학생의 확고한 간호전문직관 형성을 위해서는 이들의 감사성향을 증진시키는 프로그램을 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 임상실습기관과 대학의 교육적, 정책적 노력을 통해 간호대학생이 임상실습 현장에서 간호사의 거절로 인한 무례함을 경험하지 않도록 지원하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of grateful disposition, experience of incivility on nursing professionalism in nursing students. A cross-sectional survey design was used. Participants were 125 nursing students who have experienced clinical practice in B and D metropolitan cities. Data were collected using self-report structured questionnaires of grateful disposition, experience of incivility, and nursing professionalism. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analyses with SPSS 25.0 program. The significant predictors of nursing professionalism included gratitude disposition and refusal among subscales of experience of incivility. The regression model explained 29.2% of nursing professionalism. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide a program to promote their grateful disposition in order to form a solid nursing professionalism for nursing students. It is also necessary to support nursing students, through the educational and policy efforts of clinical practice institutions and universities, so that they do not experience the incivility caused by nurses refusal at the clinical practice site.
