대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란이 강박증상에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 부적응적 완벽주의, 정서조절 곤란 각각의 변인과 강박증상간의 관계에서 경험적 회피가 가지는 매개효과와 그 경로를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기도의 대학생 418명을 대상으로 2015년 9월부터 한 달 가량 다차원적 완벽주의 척도, 한국판 정서조절 곤란 척도, 수용-행위 질문지, 한국어판 단축형 강박증상 목록을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란, 경험적 회피 그리고 강박증상은 서로에 대해 유의한 정적 상관을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부적응적 완벽주의와 정서조절 곤란 각각의 변인과 강박증상간의 관계에서 경험적 회피는 완전매개의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부적응적 완벽주의, 정서조절 곤란은 매개변인인 경험적 회피를 통하여 강박증상에 간접적으로만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 강박증상에 부적응적 완벽주의, 정서조절 곤란, 경험적 회피가 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 가지는 의의와 한계에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to verify the role of experiential avoidance as a mediator variable between emotional dysregulation and obsessive-compulsive symptoms as well as maladaptive perfectionism. Self-report questionnaire were conducted on 418 university students from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In order to assess each variable, Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Korean version of Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale, Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-16, Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory- Revised-Korean were included in the questionnaire. Following results are the brief summary of the study. First, it is appeared to have significantly positive correlation between maladaptive perfectionism and emotional dysregulation as well as experiential avoidance and the obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Second, experiential avoidance appeared to have mediation effect in the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism, emotional dysregulation and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Also, the present study found full mediation effect of experiential avoidance between maladaptive perfectionism, emotional dysregulation and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The result of the present study implied that maladaptive perfectionism, emotional dysregulation and experiential avoidance significantly contribute to the obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Lastly, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
