국문 초록

특수교육 음악 교과서는 신체적․정신적․사회적 발달 장애 학생들이 사용한다는 점에서 장애아의 발달 수준과 생활연령을 고려하여 쉽고 자기주도적인 참여를 유도 할 수 있는 교과서가 되어야 한다. 먼저 공모-개발-적용으로 이루어진 교과서 편찬 과정 중 집필에 가장 큰 부분을 차지하는 교과서 <개발> 과정을 상세히 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 <개발> 과정을 기획․구상․집필․검토 및 수정 단계로 나누어 <기획> 단계에서는 교과서 전체 틀을 잡는 설계도 구성 단계로 집필세목을 논의하고 완성한다. <구상> 단계는 전체 개발 과정에 대한 예비 집필 단계로 단원을 구성하고 사진, 삽화, 악보 의뢰 등 여러 제반 사항에 대해 준비한다. <집필> 단계는 본격적인 원고 집필 단계로 원고본에서 마지막 신간본에 이르기까지 수정․보완 단계를 되풀이 한다. 마지막 <검토 및 수정>단계는 개발 일체의 과정에서 나타나는 검토 및 수정 과정을 정리하는 것이다. 이러한 분석 과정을 통해 문제점을 파악하고 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Music school textbooks under 2015 revised special education are used by mentally, physically or socially handicapped students. Therefore, they should be the books which can encourage the handicapped students to participate in class in a self-directed manner considering their developmental level and chronological age. This study attempted to investigate their development process and find a way to improve them. The results found the followings: First, in ‘planning’ stage, it is needed to arrange contents perfectly by thoroughly analyzing the structure of new curriculum. Second, entering the ‘conception’ stage, the key points of curriculum have to be well analyzed, and the guidelines and instructions on unit organization, illustrations, pictures and notes should be informed in advance, making the writers fully aware of the progress of textbook development. Third, in the ‘writing’ stage, it is required to establish an atmosphere in which reviewers, researchers and writers can freely share their thoughts with each other and be prudent in selecting and forming writing staff. Fourth, in the ‘review and amendment’ stage, it is necessary to build conditions and raise funds to organize an editorial department which can help the writers focus on their writing. In developing school textbooks, it is important to check the difficulties that writers face and work efficiency and find a way to improve them. There should be continued interest in the development of school textbooks and studies on their improvement.
