국문 초록

2015 개정 수학과 교육과정에서 초등수학의 ‘자료와 가능성’ 영역 중 ‘자료’는 자료의 수집과 분류, 정리, 해석의 과정을 강조하고 있다. 자료의 정리에서 다양한 그래프가 제시되는데, 특히 꺾은선그래프는 연속적인 흐름에 따른 ‘변화의 경향’을 보여 준다는 점에서 다른 그래프와 차별화된다. 본 연구는 꺾은선그래프 관련 수학 내용 지식을 분석하기 위해 4가지 주제를 선별하였다.: 꺾은선그래프의 도입 방식, 그래프의 선택과 관련된 문제, 물결선 이용을 비롯한 꺾은선그래프 그리기, 꺾은선그래프를 활용한 예상하기. 이러한 주제는 초등수학에서 꺾은선그래프를 지도하기에 앞서 교사들이 갖추어야 할 내용 지식에 해당하는 것으로, 본 연구는 이러한 내용 지식에 대한 분석을 토대로 초등예비교사의 이해 수준을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 꺾은선그래프 지도를 위한 내용 지식은 교과서 및 여러 문서자료를 분석한 결과로, 초등예비교사의 내용 지식에 대한 이해를 보완할 필요가 있음을 보여 준다. 또 본 연구는 현장교사들이 초등학생의 수준을 고려하여 꺾은선그래프의 내용 지식을 지도하는데 필요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum, data in the data and possibility area of e lementary mathematics emphasizes the process of collecting, classifying, organizing, and interpreting data. A variety of graphs are presented in the organizing of the data, in particular, the line graph is different from the other graphs in that it shows a trend of change according to a continuous flow. To analyze mathematical content knowledge(subject matter knowledge) related to line graphs, four topics were selected: the introduction of line graphs, problems relating the selection of graphs, drawing line graphs including using wavy lines, the anticipation using line graphs. Also in this study, we analyzed the understanding of elementary preliminary teachers based on the analysis of contents knowledge. The content knowledge for the line graph presented in this study is the result of analyzing the textbooks and various data, showing that it is necessary to supplement the understanding of the content knowledge of the elementary preliminary teachers. In addition, this study can be used as a basic data to guide the content knowledge of the line graph considering the level of elementary school students.
