경기도의회와 청년세대 간 소통 활성화 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 경기도의회와 청년세대 간 소통 현황을 분석하고, 소통 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 거주 20-30대로, 통계분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하고, 이를 근거로 소통강화를 위한 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 청년세대는 ‘소통방식 개선 및 소셜미디어 활성화’를가장 많이 요구하였고, 소통신뢰도와 소통원활도는 모두 ‘보통’, 소통 성과 만족도는 ‘모르겠음’이 가장높았다. 경기도의회 의정활동 증진 방안으로는 ‘경기도의회, 지역주민단체, 주민대표와의 소통 강화’를꼽았다. 또한, 경기도의회와 소통이 높은 집단은 여성, 20-24세 집단, 대학교 재학 중인 미혼의 학생이가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과에 따른 소통 활성화 방안으로 ‘지역대학과연계한 정치·소통 양성 프로그램 도입’, ‘소통방식 개선 및 온라인 플랫폼의 활성화’, ‘청년세대의 소통관리·강화를 위한 청년소통위원회 운영’을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the communication status between the Gyeonggi Assembly and the youth generation, and to seek ways to activate communication. The subjects of the study were people in their 20s and 30s living in Gyeonggi-do. Statistical analysis was conducted to derive the research results, and based on this, a plan for activation to strengthen communication was suggested. As a result of the study, the youth generation requested 'improvement of communication method and vitalization of social media' the most, communication reliability and communication smoothness were both 'average', and communication performance satisfaction was 'don't know'. As a plan to promote the legislative activities of the Gyeonggi Assembly, ‘strengthening communication with the Gyeonggi Assembly, local resident groups, and resident representatives’ was cited. In addition, the groups with high communication with the Gyeonggi Assembly were women, the 20-24 year old group, and unmarried students attending university. In this study, as measures to vitalize communication based on these research results, 'introduction of a program to nurture politics and communication in connection with local universities', 'improvement of communication methods and vitalization of online platforms', and 'operation of the Youth Communication Committee to manage and strengthen communication among the young generation' was presented.
