실시간 쌍방향 수업 참여도가 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 실시간 쌍방향 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고 원격수업의내실화 및 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020-1학기부터 2021-1학기까지 실시간쌍방향 수업에서 제시한 과제를 모두 수행한 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수업참여도, 과제가치, 수업만족도 간의 인과관계는 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 실시하였으며, 매개효과 검증은Holmbeck(1997)이 제안한 접근법과 방법을 적용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 실시간 쌍방향 수업에서 학습자의 수업참여도는 과제가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습자의 수업참여도가 능동적일수록 과제가치를 높게 인식하였다. 둘째, 실시간 쌍방향 수업에서 학습자가 인식한 과제가치는 수업만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습자가 과제가치에 대해 높게 인식할수록 수업에대한 만족도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 학습자가 지각한 과제가치 변인은 수업참여도와 만족도 관계에서 두 변수를 완전매개하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 원격수업이 지속 가능한 수업유형으로 정착될 수 있도록 실제적인 학습 과제를 제공하는 것이 중요하며, 운영전략을 제언하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing university students’ class satisfaction in the real-time interactive classes conducted due to COVID-19 and to draw suggestions for enriching and improving remote classes. To this end, a survey was conducted on students who performed all tasks in the teaching-learning process of the real-time interactive classes from the first semester in 2020 to the first semester in 2021. Structural Equation Model(SEM) was conducted for the causal relationship among class participation, task value and class satisfaction, and the approach and method proposed by Holmbeck(1997) were applied to verify the mediating effect. The findings are as follows: First, learners’ participation had a positive effect on the task value in the real-time interactive classes. The more active the learner’s participation, the stronger task value was perceived. Second, the task value perceived by learners had a positive effect on the class satisfaction in the real-time interactive classes. The stronger the learner perceived the task value, the better class satisfaction in the classes. Third, the perceived task value by learners variable fully mediated between class participation and class satisfaction. On the basis of the findings, it is significant for providing practical tasks for the real-time interactive remote classes to be established in the form of sustainable ones, in the field of education and operation strategy is suggested.
