코로나19로 변화된 어린이집 일상경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 변화된 어린이집의 일상경험을 알아보면서 변화된 교육경험과 지원방향을 제안하는데 있다. 방법 인천에 위치한 어린이집에서 코로나19 기간 중 교육경험이 있는 보육교직원 7인을 대상으로 선정하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 11월 3일부터 2021년 11월 17일까지 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 이루어졌고 질적자료분석 절차에 따라 해석, 코딩, 분류를 위해 자료수집 후 전사하여 내용의 누락을 방지하였다. 연구자는 면담 전사 내용을 반복적으로 읽으며 본 연구의 주제와 관련이 있는 내용을 표시한 후 유형별 내용을 코드 지정하여 범주화하였다. 전사된 내용의 이론적 표본을 추출하기 위한 과정의 분석은 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 순서로 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 코로나19로 변화된 어린이집의 일상경험은 ‘방역업무로 인한 과중한 업무’, ‘거리두기 격상에 따른 교육현장 운영’, ‘감염병 예방수칙 실천’, ‘코로나19 상황에서 개인업무 증가와 제약’, ‘어린이집에서 느낀 변화된 어려움 스트레스’, ‘교직원의 사생활 침해’, ‘코로나가 장기화’, ‘학부모-교사간 어려움’, ‘외부활동 최소화로 스트레스 해소활동’으로 나타났고, 변화된 교육경험으로는 ‘코로나 전과 후의 교육방향’, ‘교실의 변화된 점’, ‘마스크 착용으로 인한 언어발달 지연의 교육방향’이며 지원방향은 ‘현실적 지원과 개선방향’, ‘교사대 아동비율 조정이 최우선 과제’, ‘실외활동 제한으로 나타난 현실적 지원’, ‘보건복지부 차원의 현실적 지원’, ‘교육방안 개선’, ‘어린이집에 필요한 교육적 지원’, ‘위드 코로나에 꼭 필요한 교육’으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 코로나19로 변화된 어린이집의 일상경험과 변화된 교육경험과 현실적 지원과 교육적 지원에 대한 요구를 알아보면서 교육현장에 효과적 지원에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to propose a changed educational experience and support direction while examining the daily experiences of daycare centers that have been changed due to COVID-19. Methods A daycare center located in Incheon selected 7 childcare teachers who had educational experience during the COVID-19 period. Data collection was conducted through focus group interviews from November 3, 2021 to November 17, 2021, and was transcribed after data collection for interpretation, coding, and classification according to the qualitative data analysis procedure to prevent omission of content. The researcher read the transcript of the interview repeatedly, marked the content related to the subject of this study, and then coded the content by type to categorize it. The analysis of the process for extracting theoretical samples of the transcribed contents was analyzed in the order of open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. Results As a result of the study, the daily experiences of daycare centers that have been changed by COVID-19 are ‘heavy work due to quarantine’, ‘operation of educational sites according to heightened distancing’, ‘practicing precautions against infectious diseases’, ‘increase and restriction of personal work in Corona 19 situation’, ‘Changed difficulties and stress felt at daycare’, ‘Invasion of privacy of teachers’, ‘Corona prolonged’, ‘Parent-teacher difficulties’, ‘Stress relief activities by minimizing outside activities’ ‘Educational direction before and after Corona’, ‘Changes in the classroom’, ‘Educational direction of language development delay due to wearing a mask’ ‘Realistic support due to restrictions on outdoor activities’, ‘Realistic support at the level of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’, ‘Improvement of educational methods’, ‘Educational support necessary for daycare centers’, and ‘Education essential for with Corona’. Conclusions Through this study, it is expected that it will be helpful in providing effective support to the educational field by examining the daily experiences of daycare centers that have been changed by COVID-19, the changed educational experience, and the demands for realistic support and educational support.
