직업계고 실습수업 개선을 위한 참여 관찰 조사 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 직업계고 실습수업의 학습 목표 달성을 위하여 실습상황에 따른 효과적인 교사 지도 방법을 조사⋅제안하고, 학습자 중심 실습실 환경 개선시 고려할 사항에 관한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울시 소재의 S공업고등학교에서 이루어진 거푸집 기능사 취득 프로젝트 수업에 참여한 학생 12명과 교사 2명을 대상으로 수업 관찰 조사 및 영상촬영을 시행하여 자료를 수집하였다. 실습 지도에 사용되는 다양한 교수법 및 교사와 학생의 상호작용을 조사하여, 상황에 따른 효과적인 교수법을 분석하였으며, 학생 태도에 따른 행동 패턴을 조사하여 자료화하였다. 또한 건축목공시공 실습실 내 동선추적조사를 통해 시간대별 실습실 사용현황을 정리하였다. 결과 실습 지도는 언어적 강의 후 시범을 보이며, 학생에게 과제를 제시하여 수행해보도록 한 후 과제물을 평가하는 순서로 진행되었다. 가장 효과적인 교사 실습 지도법은 개별 지도와 시범 지도였다. 학생의 작업 패턴은 집중 작업, 분산 작업으로 나뉘었고, 동선 분석 결과 숙련그룹과 비숙련그룹의 이동 목적과 시간, 실습 수행 특이점에 상당한 차이가 있었다. 결론 개별 지도는 효과적이지만 시간과 에너지 효율이 낮으며, 포인트 지도, 학생수 조율, 보조교사 제도 등으로 보완할 필요가 있다. 시범 지도는 교사 숙련도에 따라 큰 영향을 받으므로 수업 지도 매뉴얼을 작성⋅공유하여 초보 교사들에게 지도 노하우를 전수할 수 있어야 한다. 학생들은 최대한 집중 작업 할 수 있도록 지속적인 동기유발, 주위환기, 과제 제시 등이 필요하다. 비숙련그룹 학생들의 동선 및 작업 패턴 분석결과, 작업 무관 동선을 줄이기 위해 자리 배치 및 수납장 위치 등을 고려해야 함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to investigate and propose effective teacher guidance methods according to situations to achieve learning goals for vocational high school practice classes and provide basic data on matters to be considered when improving the laboratory environment suitable for learners. Methods To this end, 12 students and 2 teachers who participated in the project class for acquiring a mold technician at S Industrial High School in Seoul were subjected to class observation survey and video shooting to collect data. Various teaching methods used for practical guidance and the interaction between teachers and students were investigated to analyze effective teaching methods according to situations, and behavioral patterns according to student attitudes were investigated and dataized. In addition, the usage status of the practice room by time was summarized through a survey on the movement line in the construction wood construction practice room. Results The practical guidance was conducted in the order of evaluating the assignment after the verbal lecture, presenting the assignment to the student and performing it. The most effective teaching methods for teacher practice were individual guidance and demonstration guidance. The student's work pattern was divided into intensive and distributed work, and as a result of the movement analysis, there was a significant difference in the purpose and time of movement of the skilled and unskilled groups, and the peculiarity of practice performance. Conclusions Individual guidance is effective, but time and energy efficiency are low, and it is necessary to utilize point guidance, student number adjustment, and auxiliary teacher system. Since demonstration guidance is greatly influenced by teacher proficiency, it is necessary to prepare and share a instructional guide manual to transfer know-how to beginner teachers. Students need continuous motivation, ambient ventilation, and presentation of assignments so that they can concentrate as much as possible. As a result of analyzing the movement lines and work patterns of students in the unskilled group, it was found that the placement of seats and the location of the storage should be considered in order to reduce the movement lines without work.
