국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 정서지능이 대학생활 과정에서 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이라는 점에 주목하여, 대학생활적응에 영향을 주는 자기효능감, 진로적응력과의 관계를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 국내 4년제 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 표집하였으며, 전체 회수된 총 602부 중 불성실한 응답을 제외한 547부가 최종 연구에 활용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS21과 AMOS21 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계, 구조방정식 모형분석을 수행하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학생의 정서지능과 자기효능감, 진로적응력, 대학생활적응에 관한 인과적 구조모형 적합도는 모두 적합한 것으로 나타나, 제시된 모형이 적합도 판단기준에 잘 부합하다는 점이 확인되었다. 둘째, 대학생의 정서지능과 자기효능감, 진로적응력은 대학생활적응에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 정서지능과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 자기효능감, 진로적응력은 간접적으로 유의한 매개효과가 나타났으며, 대학생의 정서지능은 자기효능감과 진로적응력을 이중매개 하여 대학생활적응에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 이는 정서지능이 자기효능감, 진로적응력 및 대학생활적응에 직접적 영향을 미쳤을 뿐 아니라, 자기효능감과 진로적응력을 매개로 대학생활적응에 간접적인 경로를 밝힌 것으로, 대학생활적응에 대한 정서지능의 기여 및 역할을 고려해야 할 필요성을 보여준다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to convergence competency, and to analyze the structural relationships among them. Results First, the degree of suitability of the causal structural model for college students' emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, career adaptability, and college adaptation was all appropriate, it was confirmed that the proposed model satisfies the goodness-of-fit criterion. Second, it was found that college students' emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and career adaptability had a positive effect on college adaptation. Third, it was analyzed that self-efficacy and career adaptability had significant mediating effects indirectly in the relationship between emotional intelligence of college students and college adaptation. Conclusions The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to convergence competency, and to analyze the structural relationships among them.
