진로적응성에 대한 연구동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 진로적응성에 대한 국내 연구동향을 분석하고 그 결과에 따른 후속 연구 과제를 제언하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 2016년부터 2020년까지 5년 동안 국내 주요 상담⋅진로⋅교육 관련 학술지에 진로적응성을 주제어로 게재된 105편의 논문을 선정하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 주제, 연도, 대상, 연구방법, 분석방법, 관련변인, 측정도구별로 선정논문을 분류하였다. 결과 진로적응성 관련 연구는 2016년부터 2020년까지 해마다 평균 21편으로 지속적으로 진행되었으며, 가장 많이 선정 된 연구 대상은 대학생이었다. 연구방법 측면에서는 질적 연구에 비해 양적연구가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 분석하는 방법 측면으로는 회귀분석, 요인분석, 구조방정식 순으로 빈도가 높게 나타났으며, 연구주제별로는 진로 및 적성이 가장 많은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 진로적응성을 연구하기 위한 측정검사 도구 활용 빈도는 진로적응능력 척도(CAAS), 진로미래검사(CFI)와 장계영(2009)의 진로적응성 검사 척도 순으로 나타났다. 연구주제로는 진로와 관련된 변인 연구가 가장 많이 진행된 것으로 집계되었으며, 하위 요인 중에서는 진로결정자기효능감이 가장 높은 것으로 드러났다. 그 외에, 성격 및 정서와 애착 및 부모, 사회적지지 등과 관련하여 연구가 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 기초 자료로 활용하여 진로상담과 교육 현장에 주요 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we analyze research trends related to domestic career adaptation. and the purpose is to propose subsequent research topics according to the results. Methods To that end, 105 papers were selected for the five years from 2016 to 2020, with career adaptability as the main control in major domestic academic journals related to consultation and career education. The subject, year, research object, research method, and analytical method for data analysis categorized the selected articles based on relevant origins and measurement tools. Results Career adaptation-related research was conducted on average 21 flights each year from 2016 to 2020, with the most selected research subjects being college students. In terms of research methods, it was found that quantitative research was significantly higher than qualitative research. Regression analysis, factor analysis, and structural equations were the most frequent aspects of the method of analyzing the results. And it became clear that the research themes had the most career paths and aptitudes. The frequency of use of measurement test tools for studying career adaptability was in the order of Career Adaptation Ability Scale (CAAS), Career, Future Examination (CFI) and Jangyeyoung (2009) Career Adaptation Test Scale. As a research theme, it was clarified that the research on the career factor was the most conducted, and it was found that the self-efficacy of the course decision of the sub-factor was the highest. In addition, it was found that research was conducted in relation to personality, emotion, attachment, parents, and social support. Conclusions Utilizing this research as basic material, we proposed career counseling and major suggestions for educational sites.
