임상간호사의 월경전불편감, 월경태도가 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 월경전불편감과 월경태도가 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상자는 경기도에 소재한 대학병원에 재직 중인 간호사 137명이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 대상자의 건강관련 삶의 질은 규칙적 운동여부, 주관적 건강상태, 월경주기에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 월경태도는 월경전불편감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 건강관련 삶의 질은 월경전불편감, 월경태도와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 월경전불편감(β= -.38, p<.001), 월경태도(β= -.22, p=.001), 규칙적 운동여부(β= .21, p=.002), 주관적 건강상태(β= -.20, p=.005)로 나타났다. 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하였고(F=20.60, p<.001), 전체 모형의 설명력은 41.9%이었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 임상간호사의 월경과 관련된 삶의 질 증진을 위한 교육 및 중재 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 향후 관련 연구의 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives To identify effects of premenstrual distress and menstrual attitude on health related quality of life of clinical nurses. Methods Subjects were 137 clinical nurses who agreed to participate in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression were performed using IBM SPSS ver. 23.0. Results There were negative correlations between premenstrual distress, menstrual attitude and health related quality of life. Premenstrual distress positively correlated with menstrual attitude. Significant predictors of health related quality of life included premenstrual distress, menstrual attitude, regular exercise, and subjective health status. These factors accounted for 41.9% of health related quality of life. Conclusions Premenstrual distress is the most significant factor affecting the health related quality of life of clinical nurses. To increase their health related quality of life, it is important to develop and apply educational programs using factors influencing quality of life of the clinical nurses. Results of this study will be useful as basic data for improving health related quality of life of clinical nurses. Additional study is needed to test its effect in the future.
