국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 불안정 애착과 대인관계문제 간 관계에서 분리개별화와 자기수용의 이중매개효과를 검증하고, 성별에 따른 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 20세 이상 남녀 대학생 총 589명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS STATISTICS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 분석되었으며, 구조방정식을 통한 매개모형 검증 및 성별에 따른 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학생의 불안정 애착은 분리개별화와 자기수용에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치고, 대인관계문제에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분리개별화는 자기수용에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 자기수용은 대인관계문제에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 불안정 애착과 대인관계문제 간 관계에서 분리개별화와 자기수용의 순차적 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 Bootstrapping을 실시한 결과, 불안정 애착과 대인관계문제 간 관계에서 자기수용은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 불안정 애착과 대인관계문제 간 관계에서 분리개별화와 자기수용은 순차적 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 성별에 따른 다집단 동등성 검증을 실시한 결과 모든 경로에서 경로동일성이 확보되었다. 결론 본 연구는 대학생의 불안정 애착과 대인관계문제의 관계에서 이를 매개하는 대학생의 심리⋅정서적 기제를 보다 구체적으로 밝혔다는 점에 의의가 있다. 특히 성별 다집단 동등성 검증을 통해 불안정 애착이 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 분리개별화 또는 자기수용 수준을 높여주는 방향으로 성차와 관계없이 동일한 접근이 가능함을 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 제언이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examines the dual mediating effects of separation-individuation and self-acceptance in the relationship between insecure attachment and interpersonal problems of college students. Another purpose of study was to examine if the mediational model would differ by gender. Methods For this purpose, data were collected from a total of 589 male and female college student over the age of 20. All the data were analyzed using SPSS STATISTICS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 and structural equation modeling, multi-group analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Results First, As a result of confirming the estimated value of each path of the final model, Insecure attachment of college students has a negative effect on separation-individuation and self-acceptance, positive effect on interpersonal problems. In addition, separation-individuation had a positive effect on self-acceptance, and self-acceptance was found to have a significant negative effect on interpersonal problems. Second, As a result of bootstrapping to confirm the sequential mediating effect of separation-individuation and self-acceptance in the relationship between insecure attachment and interpersonal problems of college students, in the relationship between insecure attachment and interpersonal problems, self-acceptance was found to have a partially mediating effect. Next, in the relationship between insecure attachment and interpersonal problems, the sequential mediating effect of separation-individuation and self-acceptance were significant. Finally, as a result of multi-group equivalence verification, path homogeneity was secured in all paths. Conclusions In this study, it is significant that the psychological and emotional mechanisms of college students, which mediate the relationship between the insecure attachment of college students and the problem of interpersonal problems were clarified more concretely. Especially through gender multi-group equality verifying, this study showed that insecure attachment should intervene equally without gender differences in the direction of separation-individuation and self-acceptance in the interpersonal problems. Implications and suggestions were presented based on the research results.
