잠재평균분석을 통한 초등학생 사이버폭력 가해자, 전통적 괴롭힘 가해자 및 가해 무경험자의 특성 차이 검증

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 초등학교 6학년을 대상으로 사이버폭력 경험집단, 전통적 괴롭힘 경험집단 학생들이 가해 경험이 전혀 없는 일반집단과 개인, 가정, 학교, 지역사회 관련 요인에서 어떠한 특성 차이를 보이는지 살펴보기 위해 각 집단간 잠재평균 차이를 검증하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위해 분석에는 한국청소년정책연구원의 한국아동⋅청소년패널조사(KYCPS)2010 초1패널 6차년도(2015년) 자료를 사용하였으며 최종적으로 총 133개교, 357명(여학생 40.3%)의 자료가 포함되었다. 결과 분석결과 모든 집단에서 형태동일성, 측정동일성, 절편동일선, 요인분산동일성이 확인되었다. 가해경험이 전혀 없는 일반집단을 참조집단으로 하여 잠재평균분석 결과, 전통적 괴롭힘 경험진단에서는 공동체의식, 학생-교사관계, 교우관계가 더 낮은 값을 보였으며 사이버폭력 경험집단에서는 공동체의식만이 더 낮은 값을 나타냈다. 결론 이는 온⋅오프상에서 행해지는 학교폭력을 예방하기 위해 공동체 의식에 대한 교육이 강조되어야 하며, 사이버폭력 및 전통적 괴롭힘의 특성에 따른 차별적인 개입이 필요함을 시사한다. 이를 토대로 오프라인 및 사이버상에서의 괴롭힘 경험이 있는 초등학생들에 대한 상담적 개입과 예방을 위한 교육적 함의 및 시사점, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to examine the latent mean differences in individual, family, school, and community-related factors among the cyberbullying group, traditional bullying group, and genral group with no previous bullying experience of 6th grade elementary school students. Methods A total of 133 schools and 357 students (40.3% female students) from the 6th year of the first grade elementary school student panel of the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey(KYCPS) 2010 was utilized for the analysis. Results The results were as follows: (a) configural invariance, measurement invariance, structural invariance, and factor variance invariance were confirmed in all groups. (b) the traditional bullying group showed lower sense of community, student-teacher relationship, and peer relationship compared to the general group, (c) the cyberbullying group showed lower sense of community only, compared to the general group. Conclusions The results suggest that education on a sense of community should be emphasized in order to prevent school violence that takes place both online and offline, and discriminatory intervention considering each characteristic of traditional bullying and cyberbullying is necessary. Counseling and educational implications and suggestions for further studies of traditional bullying and cyberbullying intervention and prevention for elementary school students are discussed based on the results.
