NCS 기반 내선공사 실무과목에 대한 교사인식의 중요도-실행도 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 NCS기반 전기⋅전자 내선공사 실무과목에 대한 공업계고등학교 교사의 인식을 조사하고 분석하는 것에 있었다. 방법 이를 위하여 192명의 공업계고 교사의 응답을 확보해 SPSS 통계 프로그램으로 자료 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 IPA 매트릭스를 생성하여 중요도-실행도 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 공업계고 교사가 인식하는 내선공사 실무과목 능력단위요소의 중요도에서 31개 능력단위요소는 모두 보통 이상의 인식이고, 실행도에서는 보통 이상과 보통 이하가 비슷한 분포율을 보였다. 결론 내선공사 실무과목을 IPA 기법으로 분석한 영역별 능력단위요소와 능력단위 내용에서 중점관리 영역에 포함된 능력단위와 능력단위요소들에 대한 교육현장에서의 활용도를 높이기 위해서는 각각의 교육내용에 적합한 교육여건을 마련하는 것이 우선되어야 한다. 또한 점진개선 영역에 포함된 능력단위와 능력단위요소들은 관련 분야로의 현장 견학 및 실무 경험 등을 통해 그 중요성에 대한 인식을 향상시킨 후 교육 환경 여건을 마련하는 방향으로 지원이 되어야 교육현장의 활용도가 증대될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the perceptions of teachers in technical high schools for practical subjects in NCS-based extension work. Methods To this end, 192 responses were obtained from the population of 360, and data analysis using SPSS Korean version 18.0 statistics program and IPA matrix was generated based on this to analyze the importance- performance analysis. Results As a result of the study, in the importance level of the competency unit factor of the extension work recognized by the industrial high school teachers, all 31 competency unit factors were higher than normal, and in the performance diagram, the distribution ratio above and below normal was similar. It was urgent to improve educational conditions to reduce the difference in awareness between importance and performance. In order to increase the utilization of the competency units and competency unit elements included in the key management area in the competency unit elements and competency unit contents for each area analyzed by the IPA technique, the practical tasks of the extension work are appropriate for each education content Setting conditions should be a priority. Conclusions The competency units and competency unit elements included in the area of progress improvement should be supported in the direction of preparing the educational environment after raising awareness of its importance through field trips and practical experience in related fields.
