국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 학업적 자기효능감, 대학핵심역량, 자기주도학습 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 연구를 위해 B시 소재 4년제 2~4학년 대학생을 대상으로 2019년 11월 말부터 12월 중순까지 총 3주 동안 540명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 SPSS Statistics 22와 Amos 22를 이용하여 잠재변인의 평균, 표준편차, 첨도, 왜도, 하위 변인 간의 상관관계와 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 연구모형의 경로계수가 유의미한지를 밝히기 위해 모형의 적합도를 확인하고, 대학핵심역량의 매개효과 크기와 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트랩(Bootstrapping)을 실시하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 첫째, 학업적 자기효능감이 높을수록 대학핵심역량과 자기주도학습이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학핵심역량이 높을수록 자기주도학습이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감과 자기주도학습의 관계에서 대학핵심역량은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학업적 자기효능감은 자기주도학습에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하고 대학핵심역량을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 학업적 자기효능감과 대학핵심역량이 자기주도학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치므로 학업적 자기효능감과 대학핵심역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 대학에서의 다양한 교육 전략 프로그램이 개발되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study attempted to verify the structural relationship between academic self-efficacy, university core competencies, and self-directed learning perceived by university students. Methods For the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted of 540 students for a total of 3 weeks from the end of November to mid-December 2019 targeting 4-year 2nd to 4th grade college students located in B city. To verify the research model, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS Statistics 22 and Amos 22. Results As a result of the study, first, the higher the academic self-efficacy, the higher the university core competency and self-directed learning. Second, the higher the core competencies of university, the higher the self-directed learning. Third, in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning, university core competencies were found to have a partial mediating effect. Therefore, it was found that academic self-efficacy has a direct effect on self-directed learning and indirectly through university core competencies. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that since academic self-efficacy and university core competencies have a positive effect on self-directed learning, various educational strategy programs in universities that can improve academic self-efficacy and university core competencies should be developed.
