한중대학생의 상실과 성장 간 구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 중국 대학생의 상실과 성장의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 또한 종교간 교차타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 한국과 중국 대학생 총 982명을 표집 대상으로 설정하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS Win 21.0을 사용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 AMOS 24.0을 사용하여 다중집단 구조방정식모델의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 사건충격, 침투적 반추, 성장의 잠재평균값은 중국 대학생 집단보다 한국 대학생 집단이 높았고, 비종교인 대학생 집단보다 종교인 대학생 집단이 높았다. 하지만 심리적 수용 수준은 집단간 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사건충격 정도는 침투적 반추, 수용, 성장에 유의한 효과를 보였다. 셋째, 사건충격 정도는 수용에는 정적(+) 영향을 미치지만, 성장에는 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수용은 사건충격 정도와 성장에 있어서 매개효과를 나타냈다. 다섯째, 수용은 성장에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 상실후 충격 정도와 성장의 관계에서 침투적 반추와 심리적 수용의 위계적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그리고 사건충격과 침투적 반추, 심리적 수용은 성장에 영향을 주는 중요한 역할을 한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적, 정책적 함의와 후속 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study were to investigate the structural relationships between Loss and Posttraumatic Growth of Korean and Chinese university students, focusing on cross validation of religion among Korean and Chinese university student s. Methods For this, a total of 982 Korean and Chinese university students were selected for sampling. The results of the study are as follows. Frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis on collected data were conducted by using the SPSS Win 21.0 statistics package program. Through AMOS 24.0, the comparison analysis of the structure equation model for multiple groups were performed. Results First, in terms of impact of event, intrusive rumination, posttraumatic growth, the scores of Korean university students and religious were higher than those of Chinese university students and non-religious. However, when it comes to acceptance, the scores of Chinese university students and non-religious not different than those of Korean university students and religious. Secondly, it was found that impact of event had direct positive effects on intrusive rumination, acceptance and posttraumatic growth. Third, it showed that intrusive rumination positively influenced acceptance and negative influenced posttraumatic growth. Forth, it was revealed that acceptance had a positive mediating effect on posttraumatic growth. Fifth, it was identified that acceptance affected posttraumatic growth. In other words, intrusive rumination and acceptance had a hierarchical mediating effect between impact of event and posttraumatic growth. Conclusions It was found that impact of event, intrusive rumination and acceptance had direct positive effects on posttraumatic growth. Based on these results, practical implications and discussions for the future studies were suggested.
