국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 기반 실습교육에서 학습자신감, 비판적 사고, 문제해결능력, 임상수행능력 간의 관계를 파악하고 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구대상자는 D광역시 소재 간호대학 4학년 학생 중 시뮬레이션 교육을 이수하는 간호대학생 180명을 대상으로 연구참여를 희망한 학생에게 동의서에 서명을 받은 후 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 임상수행능력은 학습자신감(ｒ=.798, p<0.01), 비판적 사고(ｒ=.449, p<0.01), 문제해결능력(ｒ=.789, p<0.01)과 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 학습자신감과 가장 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인하였다. 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과에 따르면 학습자신감 β=.311(p<0.01), 문제해결능력 β=.448(p<0.01)은 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향요인으로 나타났으며 설명력은 74.4%이다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 증진시키키 위해서는 학습자신감, 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 및 교수전략 개발을 하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the relationships of the self confidence, critical thinking, problem solving ability and clinical competence with the nursing students. An examined the influence of self confidence, critical thinking, problem solving on the clinical competence in nursing students. Methods As to data collection, convenience sample of 180 4th graders nursing students was recruited from university in D city. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSS WIN 21 program, using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results Significant correlations among the self confidence, critical thinking, problem solving ability and clinical competence were found. Self confidence, critical thinking, problem solving ability for the nursing students were factors influencing clinical performance ability. The most effective factor for clinical competence was self confidence. The total explanation of clinical competence was 74.4%. Conclusions The study results reveal that that clinical competence would be enhanced as self confidence, problem solving ability are higher. Therefore, development of effective learning program of internal factors such as self confidence, problem solving ability is required to improve nursing competency.
