대학생 맞춤형 진로교육 모형 개발을 위한 델파이 조사 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생 진로교육 분야와 관련된 전문가들의 요구와 의견을 바탕으로, 변화하는 사회에서 요구되는 ‘대학생 맞춤형 진로교육의 모형’ 개발에 필요한 요소들을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구에서는 진로교육의 모형에 포함되어야 할 각 항목들을 도출하기 위해 3차례의 조사가 이루어 졌다. 델파이 조사 대상자 전문가로는 대학에서 진로교육 분야와 관련된 직원 및 연구원, 그리고 실제 지도 학생들의 진로교육 경험 5년 이상의 대학 교수 등 16인이었다. 결과 연구결과, ‘전공 및 학과 교수들의 협조’, ‘중⋅고등학생의 진로교육과 차별화된 진로교육 목표 설정’과 ‘학생들과 현장의 요구에 적합한 진로교육 목표 설정’, ‘현직자 특강, 취업특강, 현장실습, 인턴쉽 지원 등 사례, 현장실습 중심 프로그램’, ‘정보화(전산) 시스템 강화’ 그리고 ‘진로지도 인적자원의 전문성 및 연속성’ 등에 대한 중요성의 인식이 높은 것으로 확인 되었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 변화하는 사회에서 요구되는, 보다 현실적인 진로교육의 모형 개발에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 진로교육 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to derive elements necessary for the development of a model of career education tailored to college students based on the demands and opinions of experts in the field of career education in universities. Methods In this study, three surveys were conducted to derive items to be included in the career education model. Delphi survey subjects for this study were 16 experts, including staff or researchers in the field of career education at universities, and university professors who have been providing career education for college students for more than 5 years. Results As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the recognition of the importance of the following was high: ‘Collaboration of department professors’, ‘Setting career education goals differentiating middle and high school students’, ‘Setting career education goals suitable for the needs of students and the field’, ‘Lectures for current employees, field training, internship support, etc. ‘Center program’, ‘Informatization system enhancement’, and ‘Career guidance and human resources expertise and continuity’, etc. Conclusions Based on these results, elements necessary for the development of a more realistic model of career education required in a changing society were derived and a career education plan was proposed.
