다문화청소년의 안전한 청소년 활동을 위한 다문화가정 학부모의 안전의식 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 청소년들이 안전하고 바람직한 청소년 활동을 위해 다문화가정 학부모들의 안전의식의 수준을 분석하여 안전사고예방 방법을 통한 안전의식의 수준을 향상시키며, 안전한 청소년활동 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청북도 다문화가정 결혼이민자 208명을 대상으로 2020년 6월 1일부터 6월 26일까지 4주 동안 한국말 수준을 고려하여 1대1 면대면 설문지 조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 수집한 설문자료는 SPSS for Window(25.0 Version)을 이용하여 분석하였으며 가설검증을 위해 다중회귀분석을 연속성 변수(Likert 5점 척도)를 활용한 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 안전체험교육에 참여한 경험이 있는 다문화 가정 학부모의 생활안전의식은 미참여 가정 학부모에 비해 다소 높은 수준으로 나타났고, 소방안전의식 수준은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 재난안전의식 수준 또한 미참여 다문화가정 학부모에 비해 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 안전체험교육의 경험은 조사대상 다문화가정 학부모의 생활안전의식, 소방안전의식 및 재난안전의식에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 다문화가정 학부모의 안전체험 참여를 통해 안전의식을 높이는 계기가 되었으며, 특히 다문화가정 청소년들이 안전하고 바람직한 청소년 활동에 참여할 수 있도록 청소년 수련활동 여건 조성을 위한 관련 기관의 실제적인 프로그램 개발 및 적용과 정책적, 제도적 장치 마련이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to improve the level of safety awareness through safety accident prevention methods by analyzing the level of safety awareness of parents from multicultural families for safe and desirable youth activities for multicultural youth, and to seek safe youth activities. The subject of this study was analyzed through a one-to-one face-to-face questionnaire survey of 208 marriage immigrants from multicultural families in Chungcheongbuk-do, considering their Korean language level for 4 weeks from June 1 to June 26, 2020. The collected questionnaire data was analyzed using SPSS for Window (25.0 Version), and a linear regression analysis using a continuity variable (Likert 5 point scale) was performed for the hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the life safety consciousness of parents of multicultural families who have participated in safety experience education was found to be somewhat higher than that of parents of non-participating families. There were statistically significant differences compared to home parents. The experience of safety experience education was found to have a positive (+) effect on life safety awareness, fire safety awareness, and disaster safety awareness of parents of multicultural families under investigation. Accordingly, it was an opportunity to raise awareness of safety through participation of parents of multicultural families in safety experiences. In particular, the development and application of practical programs and policies of related organizations to create the conditions for youth training activities so that youths from multicultural families can participate in safe and desirable youth activities. Institutional arrangements must be prepared in advance.
