간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 관한 국내 연구 동향분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 연구의 최신 동향을 분석하여, 향후 연구방향과 방법들에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 2015년부터 2020년 7월까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 등재지 이상 논문 48편을 질 평가를 통해 선정하여 분석하였다. 선정된 연구의 요인 별 경향성을 분석한 결과 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 높이는 ‘보호요인’에 해당되는 다 빈도 변수는 개인특성에서 ‘공감’, ‘소진’, 스트레스대처방식’으로 나타났고, 임상실습스트레스를 낮추는 ‘위험요인’의 다 빈도 변수는 개인특성에서 ‘임상실습만족도’, ‘임상수행능력’, ‘감성지능’, ‘간호전문직관’, ‘회복탄력성’으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 관련 연구에 대한 필요성과 수요는 앞으로도 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되며, 전반적인 연구 설계의 다양성이 요구된다. 그리고 지금까지 이루어진 연구는 임상실습스트레스로 인해 변화되는 변수들과, 임상실습스트레스의 원인이 되는 변수들을 탐색하여 이를 관리하고자 하는 것이 주요 목적이었음을 알 수 있었으며, 그 중 임상실습스트레스를 낮추기 위한 변수를 탐색하는데 가장 많은 노력을 기울였음을 볼 수 있다. 나아가 본 연구에서 상반된 연구결과를 보인 변수들에 대해 추후 집중적인 반복연구를 통하여 간호대학생의 리더십과 주요 관련요인들의 일관된 방향성을 찾아낼 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on future research directions and methods by analyzing the latest trends in clinical practice stress research of nursing students. The research method was analyzed by selecting 48 papers the registered papers published in domestic journals from 2015 to July 2020 through quality evaluation. As a result of analyzing the trends by factors of the selected studies, the multi-frequency variables corresponding to the ‘protective factors’ that increase the stress of clinical practice in nursing students were found to be ‘empathy’, ‘burnout’, and ‘stress response method’ in personal characteristics. Multi-frequency variables of ‘risk factors’ that decrease the stress were found to be ‘clinical practice satisfaction’, ‘clinical performance ability’, ‘emotional intelligence’, ‘nursing professional values’, and ‘resilience’ in personal characteristics. In conclusion, the necessity and demand for research related to clinical practice stress of nursing college students is expected to continue to increase in the future, and diversity in overall research design is required. In addition, studies conducted so far have found that the main purpose was to explore and manage variables that change due to clinical practice stress and variables that cause clinical practice stress. Among them, it can be seen that the most effort was devoted to exploring variables for lowering clinical practice stress. Furthermore, it is necessary to find a consistent direction of the leadership of nursing students and the main related factors through intensive repetitive research on the variables that showed conflicting research results in this study.
